"Friendly Staff & Convenient Location"
The staff is really nice and helpful. We picked this place because it’s close to our family.

"Cleanliness and Care Concerns at Assisted Living Facility"
Housekeeping needs to improve my mom's room. The floors are not clean, especially in the Opal wing. We often have to clean her shoes because they get sticky and dirty. The TV table is dusty. I hope to see better care for my mom's hair and face. She needs regular shaving, preferably every two days, and prefers a female caregiver.

"Issues with Services and Communication at The Linden"
I was happy when my loved one moved into The Linden At Woodbridge. However, some services haven't been provided as expected, and communication has been lacking. I'm trying to address these issues.

"Good Management, Excellent Transportation, Friendly Meal Services"
Management quickly responds to calls and emails, but the nursing staff is slower to reply. The transportation services are excellent. The meal services and cafeteria staff are very friendly. They reach out to my dad if he misses a meal or save food for him if he's not home at mealtime.

"Friendly staff and great care at Linden Assisted Living"
My 94-year-old mom loves chatting with the respectful and friendly staff. Linden has a nice dining area and amazing workers. Mom gets along great with the dining staff and the CNA/Resident Assistants. Our family is happy with the facility and the care she gets. We're thankful that the staff and administration are willing to solve any problems.

"Poor Care and Unexpected Charges at Assisted Living Facility"
Our relative stayed here for a fortnight as part of Respite care. They had been transferred directly from the hospital, but we were soon informed that they needed to leave because of their behavior. When we asked if they were being given their hospital-prescribed medications, the answer was no. Moreover, there was barely any support, and we were even asked to pay for a glass of water. When we first arrived, we were impressed by the staff's friendliness, but this warmth and care seemed to fade by the end of our relative's stay.

"Friendly and Efficient Assisted Living Experience"
The nursing director at Linden community was really nice. She worked very hard to help our loved one move in quickly, and she made us feel comfortable. The rooms they gave us were big and very nice. We think this community is a good choice.
