"Assisted Living Facility Needs Better Handicap Parking Options"
This place needs improvements. Not enough parking for handicapped people. They should add more spots because my relative has to park far away and can't walk well.

"Neglect and Inconsiderate Treatment at Assisted Living Facility"
This place is unfit for the elderly. Our time here was awful. The same day we had just moved my family member in, we found them sitting in the exact same spot the following day, unwashed. The staff didn't pay any attention to my relative's special food requirements. They also didn't crush their medicine as I asked, and when I brought this up again, they half-heartedly did it, but not in the right way.

"Homey Assisted Living with Friendly Staff"
I’d tell my friends to check it out. The staff is super friendly and helpful. It felt like being part of a big family. The room was clean, spacious, and comfy. The food? Surprisingly good!

"Good communication, caring staff, but food options could improve"
I've been really impressed with their communication during Covid-19. My mom loves how friendly the staff is, and they've kept me well-informed during this quarantine. They could be more cautious with limiting group sizes and were a bit slow to close to visitors. The staff genuinely cares about both the physical and mental health of the residents. They're working hard to balance interaction and social distancing. The food was great when served in the dining room, but now with room service, there are fewer choices. Overall, Carriage Green is doing well during these tough Covid-19 times.

"Great care and friendly staff, but need more stylists"
We are happy with the care here. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. My mom really likes the meals and enjoys the activities and meeting new people. She’s even planning to go on outings. It's a great place; she feels like she's at home and is really enjoying it. The only problem is that a stylist is only available once a week, so I have to take my mom to a stylist outside the community. Still, I would recommend this place.

"Carriage Green Delivers Exceptional Support"
Carriage Green made it easy for us to move my brother-in-law directly from the hospital to their place. Now he’s safe and well taken care of. He gets yummy meals three times a day, exercises daily, and even attends Mass on Sundays. We’re so grateful for the great service and support Carriage Green provides.

"Disappointing Experience at Assisted Living Facility"
My mother-in-law stayed there for five years. When she was independent, everything was fine. But as her memory declined, the care didn't improve. They only intervened after two falls, the second being severe. Over the years, many managers were replaced. They cared less about residents and more about profits. The atmosphere turned unwelcoming. Management was rude when we said she couldn't return after the fall. They avoided us and didn't respond to calls or emails. Luckily, the staff helped us move her belongings. I don't suggest sending loved ones there. Find a place where they can age comfortably and respect family wishes.
