"Mixed feelings about Coachman Square for dementia care"
The workers are really friendly. My mom has trouble with her memory, so it's been hard for her here. I wish the moving process was smoother. It might not be perfect for my mom, but it could work for someone else.

"Assisted Living Facility Review"
This place is nice and welcoming. They take good care of you. They usually do things well. I haven't had any problems yet. The apartment is really big, 1500 square feet! They clean once a week, and it's okay. The food is always served hot and on time. Usually, there's enough, and you can ask for more if you want. It's better than regular cafeteria food.

"A Great Choice for Elderly Care"
This place is really nice and clean. I talked to a daughter of one of the people who lives here, and she said only good things. It seems like a great choice for my dad.

"Nice staff, clean community, worth touring for loved one’s care."
This was a nice tour, and the staff was kind and caring. We liked that the community was clean and well-kept. They offer a lot of fun activities, and the menu looked good. Unfortunately, it wasn't close enough for us, but other families should definitely tour this community for their loved one’s care.

"Great place for parents—peace of mind for us!"
Coachman's Square was an amazing choice for our family. My mother, who is 92, is really happy here. She loves the facility, the food, how clean it is, and how friendly and supportive the staff are. My father's needs at 94 are also well taken care of, both medically and emotionally. My brother and I feel like we have a gift, knowing our parents are safe. While it doesn't take away all the responsibilities of caregiving, it definitely lets us breathe a sigh of relief!

"Amazing care with dignity and kindness for my mom"
The care my mom gets here is just as good as or better than her old nursing facility. The aides always have a smile and kind words, no matter how many times they visit her room. Moving her from bed to wheelchair is tough, but the aides are amazing. This makes a big difference; she feels respected and not like a burden, which is very important for her at this stage.

"Dignity and Care"
The care my mom gets here is just as good or even better than the nursing home she used to live in. The aides always have a smile or a kind word, no matter how many times they help her in her apartment. Moving her from bed to wheelchair with a hoyer lift is always a challenge, but the aides are amazing. It means everything to her she doesn't feel like a burden anymore. They treat her with dignity, which matters a lot at this stage of her life.

"Mixed Experience at Assisted Living Facility"
I didn't have anything to compare it to, but I had high hopes. My dad was at the end of a long journey and mostly on his own. I expected more supervision and hands-on care, especially in the dementia unit. The activities were quite good. He was there for about a month and started participating more. They offered a wide range of things to do like bingo, trivia, day trips, and live music on Sundays. The billing was confusing. They were helpful in explaining it, but it wasn't easy to understand alone. Despite only staying a month, we paid for three. Getting documentation for my father's long-term care insurance has also been a challenge.

"Mixed Experience: Engaging Activities, Confusing Billing Process"
I didn't have any other place to compare it to, but I expected a bit more. My dad was at the end of a long journey and was mostly on his own. I thought there would be more watching over him, more hands-on care. He stayed in the dementia unit. The activities were pretty enjoyable. Even though he was there for just about a month, he started to join in a bit more. They offered a variety of things to do, like bingo, trivia, and day trips. Sundays had musical entertainment. The billing was really puzzling. They were willing to help you understand, but it wasn't easy to figure out on your own. Though my dad stayed only a month, we were charged for three. And getting the necessary documents from Coachmen Square for my father's long-term care insurance has been quite a challenge.

"Mom is feeling welcome and happy here!"
Everyone was very kind and helpful. They turned a tough time for our family into something good. It has only been a few days, and Mom seems to be adjusting already. Everyone has made her feel very welcome. Hopefully, soon she will call it her home. Thank you, everyone!!!

"Coachman Square: Caring Staff and Happy Residents, Much Better"
I've been really happy with Coachman Square at Woodbridge. This is my mom’s second place in assisted living she was at Atria Crossroads in Waterford before, and I’m much more satisfied with this Benchmark community than I was with Atria. At Coachman Square, it feels like they really care, and most of the staff seem to like their jobs. At Atria, it seemed like money was their main focus, and they didn’t keep their promises. I know businesses need to make money, but at Coachman Square, they genuinely seem to put the residents first. My mom is happy there, and I hope she stays there for the rest of her life.

"So Many Fun Activities!"
This place is a bit pricey, but it’s worth it. I’d totally recommend it. It’s awesome! They really care about all the residents. Every week, there’s a new activity calendar. Almost every night, they show movies. They bring in people every week - comedians, musicians, even a cellist. They also have trips to the beach. Every week is packed with different activities for everyone. My parents didn’t want to move there at first, but now they think it’s great. They feel very well taken care of.

"Feels Like Home"
When I walked into Coachman, it felt really cozy. The staff and residents were super friendly. The living areas were clean and fresh, not like a nursing home at all. The rooms were a good size. I loved the pub, their happy hour, and the ice cream bar.

"Great choice despite the price"
We visited 13 different places before deciding on Coachman Square. It’s a really nice place, a bit expensive, but definitely worth it!
