"Positive Feedback on Assisted Living: Responsive Staff and Convenient Location"
I'm happy with how quick the staff is and think everything's ready for my aunt to have a good time. I chose this place because it's close to family and where she used to live.

"Mixed Experience at Crescent Point Assisted Living Facility"
My family and our loved one had an okay time at Crescent Point. The place was tidy when we visited. They offer meals and activities to help residents make friends. But, I think the nurses and assistants could be more excited and focused on the people they're helping. Families shouldn't just leave their loved ones there and assume everything's fine – it's not. You don't get much for the high cost! It's disappointing.

"Caring Community with Lovely Location"
Crescent Point At Niantic is in a pretty place, and it's comfy and simple. When you arrive, they're super nice, even with masks and checking your temperature, which is how things are now. Sometimes, they haven't called me back when I had questions, so I had to bug them a bit. But overall, they really care about the people there.

"Good Tours and Nice Memory Care Area"
I toured Crescent Point at Niantic while they were doing some renovations. I actually took two tours. During the first one, she took a lot of time to show us everything because we were just starting to look. The second tour wasn't as thorough, maybe because I already knew most of it. I saw their memory care area during the second tour since I missed it the first time. We picked another place because it was a better deal and the apartments were nicer.

"Great tour, but not ready for that care level yet"
The tour was great, but we’re not ready for that level of care for our loved one yet. The place was very nice, clean, and spacious.

"Caring Assisted Living with Attentive Staff"
While our family member stayed there, the staff did a great job. They took care of her needs, including having a medical room. Communication was good, especially considering the circumstances. Meals were tasty, and the attentive staff made it a positive experience.

"Poor Experience with High Care Needs at Crescent Point"
My mom had to move to Crescent Point from another assisted living place due to her need for more care. This was the only place nearby that claimed they could give her the needed care. Yet, the other place was way better even though it was just down the street. The nurses at Crescent Point are standoffish, and they never admit to messing up communication or making mistakes. Honestly, I wouldn't suggest using this place if you've got a family member who requires extra care. Even though they claim they can provide it, their care is just okay.

"Helpful Staff, No Vacancy, Small but Caring Facility"
The staff at the facility was really helpful. Right now, they don’t have any available spots. The living spaces might be a bit small, but I appreciate the care they provide.

"Avoid This Facility: Bad Attitude Damages Reputation and Elder Care"
I went to this assisted living facility to setup a meeting with the staff member in charge of outgoing residents because I am a high-ranking manager at a Home Health Care service. Besides offering options of services to businesses, I also maintain a record of facilities like nursing homes and rehabilitation centers to assist elder care planning with clients living in New London and Lower Middlesex counties. I received excellent help from the receptionist during my visit. However, a short woman with white-short hair rudely dismissed me as a waste of their time. She had no part in the conversation but harshly informed me they would call me if I was worth their time. I was appalled by her words. I will, without a doubt, not be suggesting this establishment to my clients as they clearly don't cooperate successfully with elder care planners. It's not the kind of attitude any elderly person would need when they require utmost care. I have always taken pride in suggesting the most suitable locations for my clients' recovery. The unpalatable attitude present in this facility is the worst in the New London County and as, an elder care planner, I advise to strictly avoid it.

"Great care and safe community with room for improvement"
My husband is doing well at this community. They care for him and his needs very well. The staff is kind and helpful. It's a safe and nice community. I had one issue with laundry, but it’s better now. There are activities for residents. I had lunch with him once, and the food was good. Overall, it’s been a positive experience. I feel he’s safe here and would recommend this community.

"Impressed with Staff and Attention to Details"
My wife is in one of the dementia units. Since she has only been there a few days, this is a first-impression review. I am very impressed with the number of staff and their professionalism. They also pay great attention to details.
