"Kind place, unfriendly staff, rejected mom"
Middle woods is a really nice and beautiful place. But after checking my mom, they decided not to accept her, and they weren't very friendly about it. They acted like they knew my mom better than I did.

"Exceptional Care and Happy Residents at Middlewoods of Newington"
My mother-in-law has been at Middlewoods of Newington for 3 years. She moved in at 95 and is still doing well at 98! The care and quality of life here are amazing. Her studio apartment is cozy and homey, the meals are great, and there’s always something happening. The staff is fantastic and goes above and beyond for residents and their families. She feels safe, stays mentally active, and is very happy. My wife and I feel very at ease and enjoy visiting her and the other residents. We highly recommend Middlewoods of Newington for assisted care.

"Cozy and clean, feels like home with helpful Christian community."
They are really friendly and keep everything super clean. The staff is so nice and always helpful. My mom enjoys helping in the dining room because she likes to stay active, and the staff supports her. I like that everything is on one floor, which makes it easy for my mom. Plus, I appreciate that it's run by a Christian nonprofit community. It's a cozy place that feels just like home, with a big sitting area and a nice kitchen that offers cooking classes. There's a great area for walking and staying active. Even though it's small, the community feels welcoming.

"Assisted Living Facility Didn't Meet Needs, Suggested Memory Care"
They didn't let my mom stay because they didn't have enough people to take care of her. They were supposed to help with living, but they said she needed memory care, so it wasn't the right place for her.

"Caring Assisted Living with a Personal Touch"
I visited this place for my aunt, and guess what? My uncle had stayed there too. It was super convenient for him because he had trouble walking. They moved his room closer to the dining hall, which made a big difference. And you know what? They really take care of your loved ones. My uncle loved his time there.
