"Affordable and friendly assisted living with minor move-in hiccups"
The staff at Spring Meadows is really nice. Most of them are friendly. The cleaning staff are helpful and they do a good job. The food is good quality. There isn't much communication with family, though. Moving in on the day was okay, but our apartment wasn't ready when we thought it would be. Any problems we found were fixed before we moved in. I would recommend this place to others. It costs less than some other places nearby.

"Assisted Living Review: Spring Meadows Offers Clean Environment and Helpful Staff"
Spring Meadows is really clean and smells fresh. The people who work there are always nice and helpful when my mom needs something or when I call or visit in person. Moving in was a little complicated because my mom moved from another state. They did a virtual tour for her after I went in person. They emailed us the lease to sign online to get the best deals before she moved in. But because of that, the normal welcome stuff, like a welcome packet and sign with her name on her door, got delayed. The food is always good, and they can make it fit her diet needs or make something if it's not on the menu. The maintenance people are also great. They fix things fast and are helpful. The only problem we've had is getting an appointment with the doctor who works there. It's been really hard, and we're still waiting for them to call her back.

"Mom's Happy in Clean, Friendly Place with Great Food & Activities"
We haven't been here very long, but we already love it. It's a really nice place. The building is very clean. The staff are super nice. The food is really fantastic. There are lots of things to do. But most importantly, Mom is really happy

"Assisted Living Community Review"
I visited this place, it was alright. The memory care part didn't seem too memory-focused. It was clean. Residents didn't mingle much. They said prices might change. The food setup was confusing, it's a la carte.

"Nice staff, clean place, good value, and lots of activities"
All the staff are really nice, and the place is always clean. It's close to us, and everything is open all the time, which is great. Our loved one can’t join in the activities, but they seem good and there are lots of them. The cost is similar to other places, and we are happy overall.

"Needs Improvement but Still Recommendable"
The assisted living place is changing owners; Capital One won’t own it anymore. I’m not too sure about the cleaning here. It seems pretty simple, and I feel like they could do a better job. The food isn’t great either. Sometimes my mom won’t even eat it because there’s not much to choose from and it doesn’t taste very good. But even with these issues, I’d say they’re still worth considering. They just have to get better at these parts.

"Limited food variety, recommend for healthy residents."
The food's alright, but there's not much choice. Residents must be fit and well. I'd recommend it if they are.

"Cash Over Comfort at Unfriendly, Uninviting Spring Meadows"
If you're looking to get info about a family member at Spring Meadows, brace yourself for a tough time. The folks running the place aren't friendly and the setting feels cold and uninviting. Despite telling you all is perfect, your relative could actually be unhappy. Unfortunately, they seem to care more about cash than comfort.
