"Poor care, not recommended."
They didn't keep promises, but he stayed safe and fed.

"Mixed Experience with The Hearth at Glastonbury"
My loved one lives at The Hearth at Glastonbury and things have been really good for her here. The move-in was a bit messy, but it wasn't all the facility's fault. Overall, I'm pleased with everything except for the business manager. She was very rude when I asked about charges on my loved one's bill. The nurses and aides are fantastic. Mom hasn't complained about the food—it looks and smells good. They keep me well informed about my loved one, which I appreciate. I'd recommend The Hearth at Glastonbury to others."

"Clean and Safe Assisted Living Choice"
We picked The Hearth at Glastonbury because it’s where my dad used to live, and I liked it after the tour. It’s a clean, safe place. I’d recommend it to others.

"Disappointing Tour Experience at Assisted Living Facility"
I didn't really like my tour. The workers were kinda mean. They didn't say hi when they passed, like I wasn't there.

"Tour Guide Lacked Expertise"
This place seemed a bit dated, and the tour guide didn't know everything we hoped.
