The Watermark at 3030 Park, a CCRC

"Beautiful Indoor Pool Amidst Serene Greenery at Watermark Assisted Living"
Watermark has a really nice indoor pool. It has glass walls and doors around it. When you look out, you see 14 acres of big old trees and greenery. A gardening service takes care of the plants. The pool is kept at a comfy temperature for walking or swimming. They recently put in a new easy access door, so coming in and going out is easy. Everyone who visits Watermark will enjoy the pool!

"Assisted Living Facility Offers Diverse Activities and Attentive Staff"
The assisted living facility provides many activities that cater to everyone's interests. I'm happy with how clean everything is kept. The staff pays good attention to what residents need.

"Good Visit, Not Ideal for Mom"
I checked out this place for my mom’s possible move. The visit was nice, and folks were friendly. The place looked tidy, and the people I talked to were nice and told me things. They answered my questions. It was okay, but it wasn’t the best for my mom.

"Misleading Beauty of 3030 Park Assisted Living"
My mom stayed in the assisted living area of this place for a month. Even though it looks great from the outside, don't be tricked. The level of care was not up to par: she frequently missed her meds, they forgot to put her to bed, and sometimes didn't even bring her to meals when they should've. They're usually understaffed, and people leave a lot. Even with us watching over everything closely and asking them to do better, nothing improved. We eventually decided to move her to a new place, and it's been fantastic. The best thing we did was moving her away from 3030 Park.

"Great setup, but lacks involvement and oversight"
This place is popular and has been around for a while. We picked it because it's not too big, thinking that would be a good thing. The whole layout of the place is great, but no one seems to be watching over things. They don't get too involved and the memory care seems to just be tacked on. The helpers are nice, but they don't really spend time with the people living there.

"Effort needed for Dad’s care, but facility is good"
Taking care of Dad at this facility needs some extra effort. While the staff is friendly and helpful, there are times when you have to push a bit to get the attention needed. Overall, it’s a good place, but be ready to be actively involved in his care.

""Watermark's Looks and Food Deceive, Mom's Care Not Up To Par""
The Watermark sure looks nice and serves yummy food. However, their assisted living didn't really work out for our Mom. We had to take her somewhere else close by and it's been fantastic.

"Friendly Staff, Clean Facility, Needs More Safety Features"
The people working at The Watermark are nice. The place is mostly neat. I think families expect a lot more than what they can give. I believe there should be more helpful stuff in the places where people live on their own. Like, there should be bars along the walls to hold onto, just to be safe.

"Amazing care and great staff!"
This place is amazing! My loved one stayed here for a short time for skilled nursing care, and they did a great job. He felt really pampered! The food was awesome, the staff were nice and professional, and the rooms were excellent.
