"Mixed Experience at Milford Place Assisted Living"
Milford Place has nice staff and it's clean. Families can join activities. But, it's hard to know who to talk to about problems. Also, our family member needing care doesn't get enough attention.

"Friendly Staff, Great Nurse, Mixed Night Shifts at Milford Place"
The people who work at Milford Place are really nice. There's a nurse named [name removed] who's really good. Sometimes the nighttime staff are good, but other times they're not as good.

"Mixed Experience, Overall Comfortable Stay"
The staff helped us settle in smoothly. Our main issue is with the business office being disorganized. They didn't bill us for the first month and then combined the bills for the 1st and 2nd months. Even after I contacted them about the first payment, it took a while to sort out. Also, despite requesting it, both my mom and I haven't consistently received monthly invoices. Milford Place is a well-maintained and clean facility. Everyone knows my mom and greets her warmly. I'm also welcomed during my visits. Mom has been enjoying her meals more than we expected. She's not very social, so she hasn't participated in many activities, at least that's what she tells me. Regarding health concerns, Mom felt confused receiving conflicting information. Apart from that, the nurses, especially, have been thorough, friendly, and professional. Overall, we're unsure how to rate our experience since this is our first encounter with assisted living. However, Mom feels comfortable and receives daily care and interaction, which makes all three of us children happy.

"Nice Staff, Pricey Rooms, Busy Atmosphere – Not Quite Cozy Enough"
I met the administrator and everyone was very friendly. However, I chose a different place because we could get more for our money. The rooms here were more expensive, and since my mom needed more care, I could only afford a small studio. They seemed organized. The facility felt less cozy and more crowded. It's bigger with more people living there. The staff were really kind, and I'm sure it's a good place, but it just wasn't the best fit for us.

"Great care with fun activities and excellent communication"
I’m really glad my loved one is being well taken care of here. They have fun activities like zoo trips, workouts, art, and other things to keep the residents busy and active. The staff has been super friendly and helpful. When she had to go to the ER, they communicated really well.
