"A great place for the parents"
I have been affiliated with this facility for the past seven years, and I can assure you that it's clean, and the food is managed by a licensed dietitian which makes it healthy and delicious. All of the rooms are equipped with an LED flat screen TV, laundry and housekeeping is taken care of, there are delivery services, pharmaceutical services, doctor visits, private and semi-private rooms, 24 hour supervision, and much more. More importantly the care which all the residents received from the staff team is impressive, and they are passionate and caring people. This is definitely a recommendation to any loved ones, and I'd have no concerns in leaving them in the care of the wonderful staff members at this assisted living facility.

"Disappointing Experience at Assisted Living Facility"
Valrie, the owner and director, didn't do what she promised. The price went up right away for a private room and extra care for my mom, but then they asked for even more money. I said no, but the extra care person left within a month and I still had to pay more. When my mom got there, they put her in diapers and never took her to the bathroom or gave her a proper shower. She was only bathed in bed, so her hair was always greasy and dirty. We threw a 90th birthday party for my mom in the kitchen and dining room, which was the best part of her stay. But after that, things went downhill. She wasn't taken outside, and she spent all her time in bed or in front of the TV watching boring shows. They wouldn't even let us change the channel. There were no fun activities for her to do. The place looked nice and was clean. They were nice about feeding my mom, but the food wasn't very good. They let us stay with her around the clock in her last week, which was appreciated. It took Valrie 3 1/2 months to give me back my deposit, and she was rude when I asked for a late fee, even though she charges her residents for being late with their payments.

"She False Promises and Underwhelming Care"
Disappointment with she Assisted Living Facility" She, the boss of the spot, didn't keep her promise to care for my mom the way she said she would. Right away, they bumped up the price to give my mom a private room and extra care. Even after agreeing to that, the person supposed to deliver that "extra care" tried to get me to pay more so she wouldn't leave, which I didn't do. She left in less than a month anyway, but the price still went up. The moment my mom was moved in, they put her in diapers and she wasn't able to use the restroom or take a shower anymore. They bathed her in her bed and her hair was always greasy and dirty. We managed to throw her a 90th birthday party, using the kitchen and dining room. That was the best part of her stay. Afterwards, it went downhill. My mom was never taken outside. She just stayed in bed or sat in the recliner watching TV shows she didn't like. When I asked to change the channel, they wouldn't let me. And there were no fun activities for her. The place was tidy and had nice furniture. They were patient feeding my mom, but the food wasn't great. They were nice enough to let us stay with her day and night during her last week, taking turns being with her in her room or sleeping on the living room couch. It took she over 3 months to give my deposit back and she was mean to me when I asked if she was going to pay me a late fee, which is what she charges residents if they're late on their monthly payment.
