My Mom's Experience at the Assisted Living Facility My mom stayed at this place for six years. At first, things were okay. But when she lost her ability to walk and feed herself, everything went downhill fast. I visited her every day, sometimes three times a day. Unfortunately, I often found her sitting in soiled clothes. There were times when no one bothered to feed her at the table. The things I witnessed there were just awful. To prevent my mom from falling out of her wheelchair, she needed a safety belt. But the facility gave me a hard time about it. Thankfully, I got a doctor's note and wrote a letter myself, insisting that she be belted in. Still, they often forgot to buckle her up, and she fell. My mother-in-law was also at this place. One day, she tried to walk, but the rail on her bed was broken. She fell flat on her face and was never the same afterward. I remember hearing her scream for help because she couldn't breathe. Sadly, no one came to her rescue. Eventually, she ended up on hospice care and passed away. The facility was severely understaffed. It was heartbreaking to see so many people suffering. I eventually moved my mom out of there. The situation got worse after they were bought out. I'd often hear people screaming for help, but there was no one around to assist them. Sometimes, I'd find residents on the floor next to the toilet. It was just a terrible experience.

"Limited Activities and Amenities, Average Care, Extra Fees for Transport"
This place is small, like a little neighborhood. They say there's one person taking care of every twelve. The dining room seemed nice, but there weren't many activities happening. The rooms were okay, nothing fancy. And they don't give rides anywhere unless you pay extra for it.

"Facility Falls Short on Care and Appearance"
I wasn’t impressed at all. I didn’t like how they treated the residents or the way the facility looked (it wasn’t well kept).
