"Concerned about communication and extra care for my mom"
My mom is staying at this community. We're unhappy with the lack of communication. We've had to pay for extra care, and it's been hard. We're still waiting for the community to return our calls. The place itself is nice, and she enjoyed the activities. But they really need to improve communication and keep families informed about what’s covered. I recommend families ask a lot of questions when dealing with the staff.

"Review: Room and bathroom both small and lacking safety measures"
The room was too cramped. The bathroom bars around the toilet weren't fixed properly, and it was quite tiny.
