"Unsatisfactory Assisted Living Facility with Poor Service and Conditions"
This facility isn't clean at all, there was even a bottle of bed bug spray in his room. An issue we faced also was the shortage of staff and the constant change of who was taking care of him. The people working there didn't have proper training and seemed to just give you empty promises without any change. They didn't have anyone in charge of organizing activities and the food they served was not tasty. Plus, whenever we needed to reach out to the higher-ups, we never got a reply back. I would strongly advise against sending anyone you care about there.

"Review: Palm Harbor - No Contact, Loose Rules, and Dirty Tricks"
My buddy stays at Palm Harbor. Long time no contact. They never told me about COVID, except for a pointless holiday message. It's been 9 months and NOTHING from Palm Harbor. Thanks to Florida's loose regulations, they get to slide. The Governor, a Trump supporter, was too slow implementing rules. Guess what? They're really good at passing you on to others who probably don't know anything. They won't give out any contact information for the big bosses. The phone people know NOTHING. It's like talking to a brick wall. Had I known Palm Harbor was like this, I would have told my friend NOT to pick them. Naming this place "Angels" is just a dirty trick.

"Shortcomings in Staff's Attitude and Experience Overshadows Good Food"
The workers here change a lot and they don't seem to pay attention to the small things. It feels like they don't know what they're doing - or maybe they just don't care? I'm not sure which it is. The food is alright but that doesn't make up for everything else that's wrong.

"Overall positive experience."
In my opinion, Angels Senior Living is a decent option. The community isn't very bright, but the staff is excellent. They prioritize comfort and offer good activity programs.

"Mixed Feelings About Assisted Living Choice"
The community was really nice and the staff was friendly. They answered all our questions and showed us everything. It was our top choice for our loved one. The reason we didn't choose it is because it seemed less active than we hoped. The place looked like an old mansion. The grounds are like a country estate with a big fireplace in the front.

"Charming Estate with Lovely Staff, But Lacks Activity Options"
The community was really nice, and the staff was friendly. They showed us around and answered all our questions about the place. We thought this would be the best choice for our family member. However, we decided not to go with it because it didn't seem as lively as we wanted. It looks like a big old house, and the grounds are like a fancy countryside place, complete with a giant fireplace out front.

"Not Impressed with Angles at Palm Harbor"
I visited Angles at Palm Harbor and met Terri, who was very nice and gave me a tour. Honestly, I wasn't impressed with the facility. The rooms felt small, and there wasn't much space to move around. It seemed mostly for women—I only saw one man during their social hour. Moving forward, we'd prefer Grand Villa or another facility.

"Mediocre Visit to Angels at Palm Harbor, Want to Explore More Options"
I checked out Angels at Palm Harbor, who was pretty cool and showed me around. I think I should've looked at this place first instead. But honestly, I wasn't really wowed by the facility. Maybe I was thinking too much. The rooms look too small, barely any space to move. It looked like there were mostly women, only saw one guy. They were having a get-together with only women, no guys. I don't think he'd be happy there. Moving on, we're thinking of considering Grand Villa or some other place.
