"Good Choice for Loved Ones"

I suggest it to others. We chose it because her husband stays there.

"Beautiful exterior, disappointing service; promises unfulfilled."

The place didn't live up to expectations. They told us nice things but didn't actually do them. We picked it because it looked nice, and we thought what they said was true.

"Assisted Living Facility Falls Short on Staffing and Amenities"

Review: The staff doesn't communicate well, and there aren't enough of them. Common areas are clean, but my loved one's unit isn't always. People are nice, but staffing shortages are a problem. Food isn't great, often overcooked and tough. Staff double up as waiters. Meal times are too strict. Transportation bus broken for weeks. High care fees for minimal care.

"A Pleasant Visit"

I visited this place, and it felt nice! Seems like a good spot.

"Friendly Staff and Great Meals, Despite Some Understaffing Issues"

The staff sometimes seem hurried because they're short on help, but we understand they're short-staffed too. We really appreciate how friendly everyone is. They handle meals well; if someone's not feeling good, they bring meals to their rooms and take care of them. They offer lots of activities, which is awesome.

"Mixed Feelings About Assisted Living Experience"

The community is nice overall. The monthly cost seems high for what we get. My loved one’s room isn’t very clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. It’d be better if they cleaned and did laundry more often without us reminding them. They should just clean without asking permission. They helped us get furniture, which was great. My loved one thinks things are being stolen, and we’re figuring it out.

"Disappointing Experience in Memory Care Unit at Assisted Living Facility"

My dad stayed in the memory care unit, but we were disappointed. I don't think they ever cleaned his room. Even though I didn't go every day, when I did, it was always dirty. He didn't look well-groomed or clean. After he passed away, we went to get his things, and his room looked like no one had touched it except for taking off the sheets. The TV was still on, it smelled bad, and there were dirty diapers left in the room, which we didn't know they were using. They promised to give us some money back because we paid for the whole month, but even though they said they sent the check, I haven't gotten it yet. We asked them not to give him chicken because he didn't like it, but they kept serving it to him. My son works with food and said the meals were terrible. He visited often and always complained about the food. It seemed like they didn't have enough staff, and the staff they did have weren't very good. The assisted living side seemed better. I have a friend with a family member there, and they're happy. I might suggest the assisted living side, but not the memory care unit.

"Assisted Living Facility Review"

This place is pretty nice. People living here seem happy. Sometimes staff need reminders. Food is good with lots of choices. Activities like movie nights and shopping trips are fun. But managing medications could be better.

"A Caring Assisted Living with Room for Improvement"

It’s a nice place with friendly staff. During the pandemic, there are occasional staffing concerns and follow-through issues. The dining area is clean, and residents can choose from a separate menu if they don’t like the main meal. The outdoor space is wonderful, and dogs are allowed. However, room housekeeping and billing need improvement.

"Poor Experience at The Cove Assisted Living"

The Cove residence feels like a hotel. The apartments are nice, and the food is good. But the staff didn’t deliver on their promises. My friend cares a lot about religion, and they said there would be Sunday programs and weekday study groups. Sadly, those never happened, and it’s made my friend and other residents unhappy. But the real problem is the medical staff. The medical director, he is incompetent, uncaring, and unresponsive. The care they provide is subpar, and they don’t even answer questions or check on residents. I wouldn’t recommend anyone living here.

"Mixed Feelings About Aging Facility Renovations and Location Challenges"

This place is kinda old, but they're fixing it up. Some apartments aren't included in the renovations yet. It's nice overall, but it's tricky to leave quickly during emergencies.

"Great Value with Professional Staff, Some Recent Changes"

This place is very nice and costs less than most other options. The staff is professional. The downside is that they recently changed management and staff, and there are plans for outdoor construction. The good things are that it's close, clean, and nice, though not luxurious.

"Clean, Attentive Assisted Living with Small Apartments"

The staff was really helpful and attentive to my parents. The facility was clean, and residents had positive experiences. The one-bedroom apartments were a bit small, but we’ll compare them to others. The community is still a top choice due to its proximity to our home.
