"Vitality Living Lake Forest: Underwhelming Experience"
Choosing Vitality Living Lake Forest was a huge mistake for us. The staff there just did the bare basics and nothing more. I wouldn't suggest other families to go there based on how we were treated.

Our family initially believed we found the perfect place for our loved one. But after a while, we saw they didn't have enough staff and supervision. We hoped for better care and value for the money. Before choosing a community, make sure to ask plenty of questions about the care and staff.

Vitality Living Lake Forest is a great and beautiful facility. Everyone was super helpful, and the staff are very friendly. Management was easy to work with, but the phone system needs improvement.

"Mixed Experience at Assisted Living Facility"
The care services are not enough. They need more staff and extra help would be nice. One of the caretakers, [name removed], is wonderful and goes the extra mile. They do take good care of the residents. Some staff work hard, but some don't. The food is not good, and it's pricey. However, desserts are enjoyable. Activities are loved by my family member. Not thrilled with the value for money.

"Friendly and Clean Assisted Living with Great Activities"
This place is really clean. Everybody is nice and friendly. The staff listens and helps quickly. It’s worth the money. The building is beautiful, and there are lots of activities. They understand and connect well with my family member and the other people who live there. Overall, it’s a nice community.
