"Beware: Fancy Looking Assisted Living Facility Lacking Basic Amenities"
Don't be fooled! While this place looks great on the outside, it's a nightmare within! You're basically throwing your money away on a fancy looking place with no extras. The food? You'll get bored eating the same stale thing day in and day out. And if you're a bit late, forget about a meal! The hygiene situation is even worse. Even though you pay for care, you're lucky if you get more than one shower each week! There never seem to be any staff and they always have some excuse. Laundry is a once-a-week deal. Missed it? Too bad, you won't get it done. Count yourself lucky if you get all your clothes back. Sometimes, you might even end up with someone else's stuff! Cleaning is done weekly too. But beware, if you've made a mess, the cleaner might just lose it! And don't you dare be in your apartment when they're cleaning - you might just have to find a spot in the hallway to nap! And the staff? There are a few good ones like the aides and med techs, but many are leaving. There are barely any staff left now! Honestly, save your money and get outta there fast!

"Mariposa Assisted Living: Clean, Friendly, and Recommended by Residents"
My family member lives at Mariposa now, and it's been really good. It's clean and the staff are friendly. The care is good too. I'd tell my family and friends to consider this place.

"Nice tour, but too far"
Our family had an in-person tour, and it was very nice. But the location of the community was just too far for us.

"Disappointing Assisted Living Facility; Lack of Services and Care"
The place where my dad stays looks nice, but it's not great. They say it's a safe place with gates, but the gates are open all day. The entrance to the part where people need more help has pots with dead plants. The trees in the parking lot are too big, so it's hard to get out of the car. They don't really help new people make friends, which is sad. Before, when it was called Atria, it was better. Now, when we visit my dad, it's sad. Some people have cameras in their rooms, and they're told to put them outside. We wash my dad's clothes because things often go missing. Other families take their loved one's clothes home, like we do. They said they'd get better TV, but it's been almost a year. People have problems with phone calls, which are important for them to talk to their families. It's just sad.

"She Assisted Living: Unsettling Visit Exposes Neglect"
She was a frightening sight. They lacked adequate staff, negatively impacting the residents. We saw a woman left alone outside in heavy clothes on a really hot day. We helped bring her indoors, but she seemed lost with no one keeping tabs on her. Finally, we found a care provider for her. Witnessing all this was extremely distressing, and there were numerous other incidents with different residents as well. Our visit wasn't pleasant at all.

"Positive Experience at Mariposa Assisted Living"
We picked Mariposa because it's clean and beautiful. The staff were very friendly. The only problem is reaching billing about extra charges. Mom's happy; we'd recommend it.

"Memory care integration lacking, clean facility, decent overall."
Our family visited Mariposa. It's clean and nice. But in memory care, residents are grouped together without mingling with others like in another place we saw.

"Unreliable care, broken promises."
I moved my mom in a month ago. Very disappointing. Promises broken, daily follow-ups needed. Paid extra for doctor visit, but they left her. Short-staffed and untrustworthy.
