"Kind staff, but outdated facility"
The employees were kind, but the building seemed way older compared to the other places we checked out.

"Top-notch care at Avalon Assisted Living Facility"
My brother's been in five places since he couldn't manage alone. This one's the best. He gets less than $800 a month, so some spots were basic-looking, which we expected. But the folks running those didn't really look out for him. He ended up in the hospital almost dying. Not here, though! The people at Avalon really care. They're skilled and kind. It's perfect for my brother. I totally recommend this place.

"Not the Right Fit"
During my tour of this place, things seemed okay. The community didn't look well taken care of, and the staff wasn't very chatty. The residents were just sitting around, and I didn't see any activities. Overall, it wasn't the right place for me.

"Affordable Assisted Living with Full Services, No Kitchens"
This place has 60 beds. Private rooms start at $2,000 a month and go up to $2,600 for total privacy. There aren't any kitchens, but you get room and board, laundry, housekeeping, meals, snacks, and help with whatever you need. It's right next to the highway.

"Not Suited for Seniors: Uninviting Urban Facility"
The place feels too city-like, right beside a busy highway. I didn’t even bother going inside because the outside didn’t look nice at all. It doesn’t seem like a good fit for elderly people.
