"Clean and Helpful Facility for Seniors, Not Ideal Location"
My tour of this place for my loved one was great! The staff came on time and gave us tons of useful info, answering all our questions. The place was tidy and had awesome stuff for the residents, but it wasn't perfect for my grandparents.

"Hoping Azalea Oaks is Right for Mother-in-Law"
I've been to Azalea Oaks two times. Both times, I was welcomed by Helen, one of the caregivers. The place is really neat, quiet, and super clean. The people living there looked satisfied, clean, and healthy. The rooms are neat and big. The kitchen is up-to-date and open style. I was worried because the back patio isn't covered and my mother-in-law smokes. But the front porch is covered, so it's all good. I had a nice chat with the owner, Dena. She's a really nice lady. She made it clear that she deeply cares about her residents and wants the best for them. I was happy to find out that the caregivers work shifts so they don't get worn out taking care of the residents. On my second visit, I took my husband and sister-in-law. We were greeted warmly. Everything was still clean, organized, and peaceful with happy vibes. The residents seemed peaceful and happy. I'm really hoping this place will work out for my mother-in-law. I'm only giving it a 3-star rating because my mother-in-law hasn't moved in yet.
