"Outstanding Senior Facility with Personal Care"
My husband stayed at Barrington Terrace for both day stays and longer respite periods. I can't praise Barrington Terrace enough. The staff is very involved with every client. From the custodians to the RNs, they know each person personally. The care is gentle and caring. Each resident is seen as an individual.

"FRIENDLY STAFF / EXCELLENT CARE"
My dad has lived at Barrington Terrace for almost three years, and my mom has been in the dementia unit for four months. We are very happy with the care they both get. The staff are friendly and treat my parents like family. They communicate well and keep us updated. We had my mom in a different dementia unit in Naples, but it didn’t compare to the great care she gets at Barrington.

"Care Was Insufficient, Needed to Move Mom Out"
I had to relocate my mom from this place. She required more help than what this place could give. I noticed a scarce number of caregivers here. My mom had an incident which resulted in a hospital stay. While she was there, they told me they didn't want her back. This place was not for us anymore.

The place felt cramped during the tour, didn't like it. The lady guiding us was nice. It wasn't right for my family member.

"Mom Loves the Caring Staff and Great Food"
The staff at this place are really nice and caring. They greeted Mom's niece by name when she visited for the first time and even invited her to play bingo with Mom. Mom says the food is great. The place is clean and I would definitely recommend it. It’s an older facility, but the great staff makes up for that.

Such a great place and Sommer was awesome! The staff was super nice and helpful. Sadly, they couldn't take my dad after evaluating him. I'll still recommend them to others.

"Decent facility, needs better medical attention."
Barrington Terrace appears pleasant overall. It's clean, well-maintained, with friendly people. Recently, we encountered a problem where a medical issue went unnoticed for a while. Besides this, our experience has been positive.

"A peaceful, caring home for loved ones' final chapter"
Mom and Dad wanted to stay at home, but eventually, it was clear they needed assisted living. Thankfully, I started searching early and found Barrington Terrace of Naples with help from A Place for Mom. Georgie from the marketing team gave us tons of information and had incredible patience while my parents made their decision. She answered all my questions and helped me verify things with the state. When my parents decided to move in, Georgie and the Barrington team handled everything with professionalism and compassion. Mom, who was very particular, was so pleased with the place, saying it was nice, clean, with good food, and kind staff and residents. In just a week, I noticed my parents were much happier and less stressed. Dad was joking, and they felt at home with the caring staff. Sadly, they passed away soon after moving in, but they were at peace, holding hands and together when they died. Jennifer from nursing provided compassionate care for both my parents, and she helped me say goodbye to my mom just before she passed. After 63 years of marriage, Barrington gave them the peaceful and caring environment they prayed for. I highly recommend Barrington Terrace of Naples. Their regulatory record is excellent, and the care is top-notch. When it’s my time, I hope to have such a wonderful place.

"A Beautiful Experience"
Our time at Barrington Terrace was brief but wonderful. My mother stayed there for just 3 weeks before she passed away, but she got loving care. Our family felt like part of the staff's family. Some attendants even hugged us when Mom passed. It felt like the staff lost someone important, too. This was a really positive experience, and our whole family felt supported by everyone at this lovely place. Thank you all!

"So happy with my choice for Mom!"
They have some of the most caring people around. The nursing staff is excellent, especially Phyllis. They help both the family and the residents without hesitation. They always contact the family right away if there’s a problem, like a fall or something worse. As the daughter of a resident, I am completely satisfied.

"Great Location and Caring Staff at Barrington Terrace"
I really liked the location since it’s just 6 miles from my house. The facility’s layout is simple and nicely decorated. The size is just right for my dad, and it's easy to get around since everything is on one floor no elevators needed. Everything is clean, bright, and smells good. The whole staff is very kind to both the residents and their families. I was worried about how my dad would adjust to assisted living, and while it was tough for him, the staff was caring and understanding. Sometimes, it was even harder for me than for my dad, but the staff kept me positive and reassured me that things would work out. As we continue to adjust, the staff remains patient and understanding. I’m confident that Barrington Terrace is taking great care of my dad.

"Great community for loved ones!"
The activities my parents enjoyed were wonderful. From the moment you walk in, you feel like family and can relax knowing your loved ones are taken care of. The food got worse after a staff change, but it’s getting better. This is a nice community.

"Caring and supportive community for all residents"
The staff here is very caring and dedicated. They truly have the residents' best interests at heart. My loved one is younger, and it can be tough to be around people who are nearing the end of life. Overall, it’s a great community.

"Barrington Terrace was the perfect choice for my dad!"
I looked at many places for my dad, and Barrington Terrace was the best fit for our needs. Jeannette was our contact there, and she was personal, friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. We met with her at least four or five times with our family to answer our questions and guide us through our decision-making process. Dad has been there for about two months now, and we’re all glad we chose Barrington. He is, too! He gets excellent care and service—much better than he could have at home. Having easy access to in-house physical therapy, with a staff that encourages independence with support, has made a big difference in Dad's physical and mental well-being. Deciding on assisted living was hard at first, but now we all think we (including Dad) should have made the move sooner. Thank you to Barrington Terrace for being there for us!

"Mixed Experience, Exemplary Nursing, Room for Improvement"
My mom's been at Barrington Terrace, Naples, FL, for 4 months. She's happy, so are we. Nurses are great, caregivers okay. Daily caregivers seem unhappy, lack enthusiasm and communication skills, making it tough for residents. Management and nursing staff are excellent. I'd suggest Barrington.

"Great place with friendly staff and good activities."
It's been great here! The staff has been very accommodating. Most of them are friendly, and I think the value is good. There are many fun activities, and everyone seems busy. He is picky, but he liked the food, so I would rate it a four. He struggled to understand the Haitian accent of many workers, and they had trouble understanding him since their English wasn't great. Communication was a bit hard because of the accents. They sometimes didn't cut up his food like they were supposed to since he is blind, and sometimes they didn’t introduce themselves when entering his room.
