"Poorly managed facility."
My relative's home changed, now it's messy and short-staffed.

"Unpleasant Smell Overshadows Facility Tour"
My visit to this assisted living center wasn't satisfying. The place smelled really bad. Right from the beginning, my folks and I knew that this wasn't the right place for my parents' requirements.

"Nice community with friendly staff and great location!"
This community is really nice and smaller. It's very clean. The apartments are small but bright. They are unfurnished except for window blinds. Each floor has a dining room and a kitchen with coffee, fruit, and snacks for residents. The location is great, right across from the Council on Aging Center. The representative was friendly, supportive, and answered all my questions.

"Tiny Rooms, Friendly Staff: Mixed Feelings on Tour"
When we visited, the place seemed neat and tidy. The people who showed us around were friendly. But the rooms were super small, which wouldn't suit my folks.

"Friendly atmosphere but not the perfect fit for us."
I checked this place out while searching for options. It was nice, everyone was friendly, and it seemed like a good spot. Just not exactly what we needed.

"Assisted Living Facility Receives Positive Feedback with Room for Improvement"
It's really clean and the staff is nice. The prices are about normal. Some people have complained about the food. They should make it better quality and more choices. But overall, they're doing a pretty good job.

"Always on Top of Everything"
They always responded within 15 minutes when the bell was rung. There was always water on the table. They had plenty of staff, with at least 3 or 4 nurses during the day. There was always extra food if you wanted more. The staff was very welcoming and treated my parents well. They were always on top of everything. The place was very bright, with lights everywhere.
