This community works hard to meet everyone's needs. It's clean, attractive, and comfortable. The food is good, and there are plenty of activities. Sometimes, we even have entertainment.

"Mixed Experience at Beach House Assisted Living Facility"
At Beach House, they really try hard to do a good job. However, not every resident gets enough attention because they don't have enough staff. If you want someone to always be there and pay close attention to your loved one, you'll need to bring in extra help, like a healthcare aide.

Our family toured this place, and it's close by, which is nice. But the rooms they had were really small, and the atmosphere wasn't as lively as we hoped. The tour was still good, and the community is very clean.

The housekeeping in the rooms could be better. Their laundry service is a bit messy and not well-managed. I think the staff wants to do a good job, but they need more support from management.

"Assisted Living Excellence: Beach House Delivers Exceptional Care and Flexibility"
We're really happy with Beach House. They've treated our loved one well. The staff, especially [name removed] in Sales, has been good. We compared five places, and all were okay, but Beach House stood out. First, [name removed] was so flexible, letting us switch rooms and caring about our needs. She met with us at all hours. Visiting hours are flexible too, so we can stay late. Their physical therapy team is great. The place looks nice - the colors are refreshing. On top of that, they gave us a moving bonus: a free furniture move and a new bed.

"Inconsistent Care at Assisted Living Facility"
This place looks nice, but we had to talk to the people in charge a lot because our family member's bathroom was always messy. It took them two months to clean the toilet properly. There were always things left on the floor, like depends, and they weren't even in the trash. The care isn't the same every time. When our loved one needs help, it takes them 20 minutes to come. They're not fast, and they're never consistent.
