"Great Visit at Benton House!"
I visited Benton House of Clermont, and it was really nice. Everything is on the ground floor, and the staff communication was fantastic.

"Director Distracted, Unwelcoming During Tour"
Our family visited the facility for a tour. The person in charge didn't make us feel very welcome. It seemed like she was more focused on something else instead of paying attention to us.

"Assisted Living Needs Better Communication and Attention to Detail"
Benton House feels nice and cozy, but we ran into problems. When our family member needed help urgently, the call button didn’t work, so the staff didn’t know. Also, it’s tricky to reach someone when needed, so they should improve how they talk and pay attention to details.

"Mixed Experience in a Homey Assisted Living Community"
Benton House feels warm and homey, very clean and welcoming. The decor is beautiful and not too modern for elderly residents. There's a large piano at the entrance. The staff is friendly, but some could improve in sensitivity training. Meals started out great but declined. Apartments are spacious with full-sized appliances. Accessibility is excellent, all on one level for walkers and wheelchairs.

"Mixed Experience at Assisted Living Facility"
I suggest checking out other nearby places. They were helpful in getting us in. I think they could've done a better job separating sick residents from healthy ones. The rooms and community layout were nice. My mom stayed in the memory care unit. They had a garden for residents to enjoy outdoors.

"Neglects resident care, focuses on cleaning."
It's sad when workers clean instead of helping residents.

"Understaffed Facility Hinders Quality Care for Loved Ones"
My mom's been here a year with dementia. The problem? Not enough staff. They're doing cleaning instead of spending time with patients. It's hard to decide in just a 30-minute tour. We've struggled to communicate over the phone to schedule visits and lunch for my mom. We want to spend as much time as possible with Mom during her tough times, but it's tough to arrange with the staff.

"Too Much Work, Not Enough Staff at this Facility"
It's really disappointing to see your employees multitasking between cleaning, handling laundry and vacuuming. I've noticed that residents require assistance while the staff are off doing these chores. It's clear that there aren't enough staff. That should not be the case.

"Smooth Transition and Excellent Care: Recommended Assisted Living Facility"
My mother is really happy here. The staff helped her move in smoothly and took care of her needs well. She likes the food and enjoys activities with others. I'd suggest this place to anyone needing assisted living.

"Clean, Friendly, and Secure!"
I really liked it. The place was very clean, and the staff I met were super friendly. I also appreciated how secure the memory living quarters were. It's definitely on my short list.

"Great choice for transition with helpful staff and happy residents"
Benton made the move easy for both the resident and family. We looked at a lot of choices and had many things to think about, but this place turned out to be the best. The staff was very helpful, gave good information, and were easy to work with. The residents also seemed happy and were friendly.
