"Clean, Caring, and Comfortable Assisted Living Community"
Whenever I drop by unannounced, the place is always clean and everyone is dressed nicely. The residents get breakfast and lunch and look well taken care of. My loved one hasn't had any falls and only a few bruises. When we first visited, it looked a bit worn, but they've since painted and it looks great. The owner even got a new air conditioner to keep everyone cool in the summer. The residents seem happy and not overcrowded. Once, when I was out of town, the owner helped renew my loved one's medication and picked it up personally, which was really going above and beyond.

This place was all Spanish-speaking. The staff and residents only spoke Spanish. It's clean and in a good neighborhood, but it didn't meet what we were looking for.

Regrettably, this facility is entirely Spanish-speaking. Both the attendants and residents communicate only in Spanish. The place is clean and located in a pleasant neighborhood, but it doesn't meet our requirements.

"Old, crowded, smelly, lacking dining space."
We visited here for our family member's care. It felt old, crowded, and had a smell. Not enough dining space.

"Impressions marred by crowded, rundown conditions"
We checked out this facility when we were exploring care alternatives for a family member. I wasn't impressed by this one. It appeared somewhat aged and not well-maintained. There was a discernible smelly scent. It also looked like there wasn't enough room for the amount of people living there; there was not ample space for everyone to dine simultaneously.'

"A Class Act in Miami Adult Care"
He and his staff genuinely care about their residents and families. Any adult care setting is only as good as its operator is top-notch. Residents are treated with dignity and respect. Just today, I saw him personally transporting a resident to a doctor’s appointment. I could give many more examples, but I’d run out of space. From what I’ve seen, he is a role model for other facilities. There is no place like home, but B J Home Care sure feels like it.
