"Mixed Experience at Assisted Living Facility"
It’s super clean, but they don’t actually do a daily room sweep or a weekly deep clean like they claim. Plus, their communication isn’t great. I’d say it’s okay if you only need a little help.

"Assisted Living Facility Fails to Follow Procedures, Lacks Communication"
My dad got kicked out of Sodalis unfairly. They said he can't come back. They lied and blamed us for taking him out. They didn't do things right. We talked to big bosses, finally got promised a refund. But when I asked about it later, they said the post office sent it back a while ago. They said it might be because his mail was forwarded. They promised to send it to me directly, but it never came. I called again and left a message, but they didn't call back. I tried again this year, left another message, still no call back. It's really upsetting and disappointing.

"Decline in Quality and Security since Name Change at Facility"
This place was really good when it was still Elmcroft, but things changed when they switched their name, and not in a good way. They can't keep their staff around, especially the CNAs. Because of this, the care has gotten worse- residents don't do much during the day except sit slumped in the lobby. No security is around, which means anyone can walk in or out without anyone knowing. Most of the staff are stuck doing cleaning duties and other stuff, which leaves the folks living there in the lurch and lowers service quality. Plus, most staff members don't even know the residents, and the main crew lacks professionalism.

I liked this place, but my loved one didn't think it was as lively as the one we chose.

"Assisted Living Tour Feedback"
I visited this place while searching for a home for my relative. Broadview Assisted Living appeared nice overall, but I felt it wasn't the perfect match. The care they offer here was a bit more than my Mom needed. Still, the place was clean, well-maintained, and the staff I met were friendly.
