"Mixed Feelings About Assisted Living Dining Experience"
We really like the staff because they're super friendly. The other residents are nice and have helped my loved one adjust well. The food isn't so great, though. It's tough to say, but considering what people pay at places like this, the dining experience should be something to look forward to.

"Friendly and Attentive Staff Make This Facility Stand Out"
My Mom stayed there briefly. The workers were super nice and paid attention to her needs, which is why we picked this place. They really look after the people there and keep them involved. I'm having a bit of trouble sorting out my Dad's bill, but I hope it gets fixed soon.

This place isn't as clean as it should be. It's pricey, but not worth it. The food isn't served hot, and there's not much variety. It's always cold. They should offer more fresh veggies and balanced meals. It would be better if they were more interactive after moving in. It was hard to get extra care when my loved one needed it.

This place was okay for my husband, but there were some problems. The toilets kept clogging, and the carpets were dirty. However, the staff were always friendly and ready to help.

"Concerns Over Care and Cleanliness at Assisted Living Facility"
I had hoped my family member would be in assisted living, but they were quickly moved to memory care within a day. Some residents noticed my loved one wandering outside the facility. We had to move quickly and didn't get a chance to compare prices with other places. The memory care area could use some updates. I don't think my loved one's room is as clean as it could be. The shared spaces don't look great because the decor doesn't match and it seems run down because of that. I wish they would take better care of the residents' personal grooming. I've noticed that some residents need a shave or a nail trim. The staff is nice, but I feel like there might not be enough of them.

"Nice community, great tour!"
This community was nice and could have been a good fit for my loved one. However, they ended up choosing a different place. The tour was excellent, and they showed me everything.

We’re happy with the facility and don’t have any complaints. They’ve just started allowing visits, but everything we’ve seen is very clean. The staff is friendly and doing their best to care for everyone. We think the cost is fair and reasonable.

"Expensive for shared bedroom."
After our virtual tour, we liked this place it looked pretty good. The only downside was that our loved one would have had to share a bedroom here. We ended up finding a place where she could have a shared apartment with her own bedroom.
