"Friendly Community with Attentive Staff"
We really enjoy Brookdale Canopy Oaks because it’s a cozy, close-knit community. Everyone knows each other, and the staff promptly addresses any concerns. Based on our experience, we’d recommend it to other families.

"Great Staff, Needs More Activities"
The staff here are very good and dedicated. The administration quickly solves any problems. I wish they had more activities, like simple crafts. Also, it would be nice if yearly price increases were more affordable. I highly recommend this place.

"Weathering COVID with Effective Staff"
During my 5 years living here, I've been really happy with my experience touring the facility. We've gone from before COVID to the intense COVID times and now after COVID. Throughout all of this, our staff and the people who work here have done a good job.

"Positive Feedback for Brookdale Assisted Living with Suggestions for More Staff"
Brookdale is great! They could use more staff, but the ones here are very helpful. It's worth the cost. I feel confident about my loved one's safety here, which is the best part.

"Bad Management, Great Staff, Wait for New Team"
This place really needs some better people running the show. The old management team was just terrible and caused a ton of problems, but thankfully they just quit. Honestly, the nurses and helpers were a bright spot in all this mess. The billing's been a total nightmare with the cost changing every month. To put it simply, this place has been nothing but stress and headaches for my Dad and me. It's not Brookdale's fault, just the people they had in charge. My advice? Wait till around September or October when new people take over before you consider placing your loved one here.

"Poor Management and Chaos at Assisted Living Facility"
We took Mom out of there after just half a year. The people running the place were really bad, and the staff didn't even have anyone watching over them. It's seriously scary to think about where all of those medicines could be ending up.

"Failed to Deliver Promises: A Warning about this Facility"
I should have trusted my instincts about this place, but I didn't. I figured it would be good for my mom since she needed extra assistance. Wow, how wrong I was. Don't trust the song and dance they perform trying to convince you to choose their facility. They didn't deliver on a single thing they promised.
