"Mixed experience at assisted living facility, great staff but issues"
The place looks nice and the person taking care of my relative in Memory Care is really awesome. They're super nice and caring. But sometimes, my loved one's bed doesn't have proper sheets, just fleece blankets. And some clothes have disappeared. Plus, I'm not happy with the billing. I'm still waiting for them to call me back and answer my questions.

"Mixed Feelings at Brookdale Fort Myers"
We weren't really happy with Brookdale Fort Myers. The people in charge sometimes didn't tell us the truth. It was mostly clean, but sometimes our laundry got all mixed up. When someone moves in, they should make sure they're really taking care of them, not just making things look nice. There was only one staff member who was nice to us. The care was okay, but not great. The activities weren't what we expected; the other people there mostly just sat around. It cost more than they said it would.

"Unreliable Information Handling"
I got a lot of wrong info from the salespeople. The big problem was arguing about the move-in date because of this bad info. They charged us for 9 days when my parents couldn’t even move in. The director didn’t listen when I said it was unfair. And the salesperson who gave me the wrong date suddenly forgot. This happened more than once.

This assisted living facility lacks a dishwasher, microwave, and exhaust fans. The building needs updating, and staffing is insufficient. Dining experiences are problematic, with limited activities. Separate dining for disabled individuals is necessary, and security issues persist due to bathtubs instead of walk-in showers.

"Mixed feelings about care, but overall recommend for loved ones"
The care services were okay, but I think a 3 stars is pretty fair. I think they could do better with helping my friend bathe instead of just watching them. My loved one wishes the dining service was faster. There are activities for residents to join in. Overall, I would suggest this place to others who need it for their loved ones.

"Poor Service and Lack of Care at Assisted Living Home"
This place seriously needs more staff. When you ask for help, it might take them an hour to respond, if they respond at all. Their security is hit or miss. At night, the doors could be wide open for a while with nobody watching. They even messed up giving us the right medications. Their food is just okay. On top of everything, they add extra costs. We hardly see the management team. You can find places that truly care. This isn't one of them.

We visited Brookdale Fort Myers Cypress Lake, a delightful place. The staff and residents were incredibly friendly. Unfortunately, they couldn’t provide vegetarian meals, which led my mother to choose elsewhere.

Visited a friend at Cypress Lake where Tony gave me a tour. The community has friendly staff. I hope to bring Mom here soon. Tony also assisted in my search.

We dropped in unexpectedly, without an appointment. She was very helpful, answering all our questions. The facility with 150 units is great, and the staff are friendly. We hope to visit again, but we haven't set a timeline yet.

"Lovely Golf View and Friendly Staff in New Assisted Living"
My mom just moved in this month. We really like the apartment with its view of the golf course. It's a bit small, but the view is great! The nurses and staff are nice. I enjoy the activities they have planned. Hopefully, everything continues to go smoothly.
