"Friendly staff, clean facility, good food, few activities"
Most of the staff are friendly and patient. The facility is clean, and the nurses adjust medication as needed. Mom seems to enjoy the food, but there aren't many activities.

The Executive Director is great, but they need better corporate support. Staff is very good overall. Housekeeping and maintenance could use more help. Nursing, resident care, and food service are excellent.

"Staff Deserves Better: CEO’s Greed Raises Concerns"
The staff here is awesome! The facility administrator played a big part in our decision. But the Corporate CEO, [name removed], rakes in over 6 million. That’s just greedy! And the hardworking staff? They deserve better pay.

"Mixed Feelings about Brookdale Fort Myers Assisted Living Facility"
We think Brookdale Fort Myers is nice, but we're disappointed. There are hygiene problems and our loved one's room isn't always clean. We hoped for activities, but they don't help our loved one join in or encourage them. When we tell the staff or managers about issues, they say they'll fix them but never do.

"Welcoming Community for Your Loved Ones!"
Something that stands out to me is how they welcomed my brother into the community. Since this was a big change for him, he’s adjusted well and really likes the place and the people. I’d recommend Brookdale Fort Myers Lakes Park to others.
