"Friendly Staff and Good Food at Brookdale New Port Richey"
The staff I've talked to seem friendly and ready to help. We had trouble getting my grandfather's laundry done for the first month he was there, but they fixed that problem. My grandfather likes the food there. Sometimes, even when we take him out for lunch or dinner, he makes sure to get a to-go plate if he likes something. The move-in process was easy, and was very helpful. I would recommend Brookdale New Port Richey to others.

"Brookdale NPR: Pet-Friendly and Convenient!"
Brookdale NPR had everything we wanted. They offer a cart service and allow pets. So far, no letdowns!

"Gross Neglect At Assisted Living Facility Endangers Stroke Survivor"
This place was just awful. They told us that they'd check on my Mom at least every 8 hours, but they didn't. They didn't even show her where the dining room was or introduce her to where she'd be eating. And in 4 days, they only checked on her one time! They never came to bring her to any of the activities they had going on either. It was risky for Mom, especially since she just had a stroke and needed her blood pressure monitored every 8 hours and needed someone to always check up on her. We even had to hide in her room for an entire day just to see if they were actually checking on her... and guess what? They didn't.

"Assisted Living Facility Needs Better Communication and Billing Practices"
This place is hard to get stuff done. Getting doctor's appointments is confusing. They don't talk well. They should talk better with my family and me. Also, they need to fix the billing. They charge too much for stuff we don't get.

The place was filthy and had very few activities when we visited. It felt more like a hospital for the elderly.
