"Terrible facility with good food, bad communication, and cleanliness"
This place is awful. My family member actually likes the meals. But, they really need to work on talking to us better, and looking after the people who live there. It's not clean at all, and there's hardly ever enough staff.

"Smaller Community, More Attention"
They make your loved one feel welcome and at home. I picked this place because it's a smaller community, and residents receive more attention.

"Short-Staffed Yet Pleasant"
The staff was often short-staffed, but overall, it was a pleasant place.

"Plenty of Activities, Friendly Community"
The community is nice. The people who live here and the staff are friendly. My only worry is that when a resident presses the call button, it takes a while for the caregivers to respond. On the bright side, there are plenty of activities like bingo, exercise classes, games, and entertainment for residents to enjoy.

"New Tier System at Assisted Living Community"
The community has made a big change. They used to charge for each service separately, but now they have a tier system.

"Disappointing Experience: Limited Respite Care, Negative Impact on Family"
Didn't have much to say. We were there just for two weeks of respite care for my brother. It was almost like it was wrecking him.

"Outstanding care and friendly staff worth way more than 5 stars!"
5 stars just aren't enough! I'd give this place a 35 out of 5! Every day here has been fantastic—nothing could be better. I sleep soundly knowing my mom is well cared for. Everyone is so friendly. Thanks, Team Oviedo!
