"Assisted Living with Active Programs and Caring Staff"
Brookdale Punta Gorda Isles offers numerous activities, monthly family open houses with refreshments and entertainment. The staff is caring and polite. While the food could be better, overall, it's a place I would recommend to others.

"Good place, but found a better fit elsewhere"
This was a good place. We thought another place we saw would be better for our loved one.

"Messy Website of Mom's Assisted Living Facility"
My mom is content in this place. Yet, their online site is pretty awful. Too many links can be confusing, and clicking on different ones gives different phone numbers, some of which lead nowhere. Some folks I get hold of say I've dialed wrong, and their attempt to forward my call just ends up dropping it. One page claims they're not taking in new residents. The cost varies based on which page you land on. The front-desk lady tries her best to assist, but she seems always busy hunting down people. So I just keep dialing until I can talk to my mom. It's like using an old-fashioned telephone.

"Very impressed with staff and activities!"
We're really impressed with them. I’d give them a six out of five for how friendly the staff is. Everything has been great so far. We're happy with the value for the cost of service. The activities are fun too.

"She is happier here than anywhere else!"
I wouldn't say the rent is too expensive, but the care pricing is A La Carte, which can add up. They respond well to concerns or requests. My loved one hasn't been very happy with the food, but they just got a new chef, so we’ll see how that goes. When we toured, the activities director was really thorough and spent a lot of time with us, showing us around and answering all my questions. She is happier here than anywhere else. The size is good; it’s not too big or too small—just right.

It’s a great home for my 94-year-old mother. The staff is kind and knows what they’re doing. My mother enjoys the activities. Her room is bright and happy. The food is really good. It feels loving and safe here.

"Friendly and Clean Assisted Living"
I had a nice time at Sterling House of Punta Gorda. Even though I was only there briefly, they left a good impression. The place looked nice and was always clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. I’m thinking about going back for another visit.

"Affordable, but not top pick due to cost."
This place is my second option, it's a bit more expensive, though.

"Five-Star Appearance, No Complaints"
I can only comment on how the place looks since I haven't been in the state since she was moved. But from what I see, it deserves five stars and my sister hasn't complained once!
