"Smooth process and warm, welcoming staff"
The process of getting her into Brookdale was really smooth. The staff was super helpful and gave her a temporary room while her actual room was being painted. Our family feels very welcome, and the staff treats us warmly. She is being well cared for.

"Mixed Feelings: Lackluster Tour Experience at Assisted Living Facility"
We visited Brookdale Tarpon Springs while looking for a place for our family member. The person who showed us around wasn't very friendly, and they said some not-so-nice things about other places. The atmosphere there was just really gloomy and sad. It didn't feel right. So, we're still looking for somewhere else.

"Great community with pet-friendly policy and diverse activities"
I enjoy living here and have met the nicest people. I think it's great that when I moved here with my two friendly dogs, they allowed me to keep them! They also offer various activities, including a Bible study.

"Mixed Billing Experience; Decent Care, Confusing Payment Terms"
Be cautious about billing terms; expected respite care became costly. While the care was passable, the billing process was misleading. We were led to believe it would be respite care, but upon arrival, they insisted on regular move-in terms with a monthly fee and enrollment charges. This unexpected change doubled or even tripled the cost, though some reimbursement was eventually provided. While the care itself was adequate, the billing confusion left a sour taste.

"Assisted Living Center Review"
My time here has been good. It's a great place clean with nice outdoor areas and friendly people. Overall, it's just a nice place to be. During Covid lockdowns, it's been tough. Most are vaccinated, but a few who chose not to are still wearing masks. Brookdale has tried hard to handle Covid, but it's tough for everyone.
