"Dirty Facility with Poor Service and Rude Management"
This place is terrible, infested with bugs and spoiled bedding and furniture in my mom's room. The lady in charge, , deserves to get fired because of how she communicates with family members and her poor treatment of residents. This place is just out for your money, but they don't provide any of their advertised services. It's disgusting and incredibly filthy, stay as far away as you can!

"Shocked by Poor Conditions at Brookdale Facility"
I stepped in then immediately stepped out. I was completely shocked that this was a Brookdale place. It was terrible, I totally wouldn't suggest this place to folks.

"Mixed Feelings on Assisted Living Facility"
Nursing staff - They’re awesome and deserve 5 stars! Food - It’s the same old stuff, only gets 2 stars. It’s like they don’t want to spend money on it. Housekeeping - Not even worth a full star, just half. The place isn’t clean enough because the best cleaners don’t stay. Laundry - Only 1 star here. Clothes keep getting ruined. Staffing issues - There’s a big problem with people leaving their jobs. The nice workers are leaving because they have too much to do and not enough pay. Room conditions - Really bad. The bathrooms especially need some work. Activities - The person in charge needs to talk to us more about trips and stuff. We need more fun things to do.

I kinda liked the place but it's not perfect. The staff was nice, and they tried their best, but sometimes it felt like they were understaffed. Meals were alright, nothing fancy. The activities were okay, but they could use more variety. Overall, it's okay, but could be better.

is great. Housekeeping has been terrible in the past. I've complained about the dirty, smelly room multiple times. Unfortunately, due to COVID restrictions, I haven't been able to check the room in over a year.

"Review Summary: “Mixed Experience”"
Sometimes my family member’s room isn’t cleaned or the bed isn’t made. The hallways smell like urine sometimes, and some staff members aren’t very helpful. If they were more open-minded and took concerns seriously, it would be a big improvement. My loved one doesn’t receive much care, so we have to stay on top of the nurses to ensure they get the attention they need. Unfortunately, the staff doesn’t provide enough coaching to help my loved one eat. During the Covid-19 pandemic, we’re not allowed to visit my loved one, which worries me given their mental state.

"Dirty Facility with Inattentive Staff and No Information"
The place reeked of urine. During my visit, I only saw four workers, one of whom was showing us around and seemed to also be in charge of the activities. A bunch of elderly folks were just sitting idle, as if they were waiting for our guide to start some activity. The place was definitely not clean! They even showed us a room that was already occupied. The bed wasn't made at all. And the guide couldn't even tell us how much it cost or if there were any vacancies.

"Good location but small room, fewer activities."
We started our search for Mom's new home here. It's located in a really good place. This place is small, with only 42 people living here. Only one small studio room was open. The place looked pretty quiet when we visited. We didn't see many of the people who live here. There was a bit of a bad smell, but it still looked clean. The person who showed us around know a lot and was very nice. I'm not sure if there were enough fun things for Mom to do though.

I visited this place with my dad. The tour was great! The staff was friendly, answered my questions, and treated us well. Nice experience—I recommend it!
