"Limited Activities, Basic Care at Assisted Living Facility"
I believe there should be a better checklist for new residents. Overall, I'm satisfied with the place—it's clean and safe for my mother-in-law. However, the entertainment options are limited, and the activities feel repetitive. Honestly, I'm not sure if it matters because she doesn't even do the basics.

"Close and convenient for elderly care"
My 97-year-old aunt mostly stays in her room. She pays extra to have her meals delivered and doesn't join in the activities. I think she's as happy here as she'd be anywhere else. I chose this place because it's only a mile from me.

"Assisted Living Facility Review"
My mom just moved in. People are nice, remember names. They do call back, but it takes time. Front desk is usually staffed. Carpets on the first floor need changing, they're dirty. Food isn't great and it takes forever to get served. They have some fun things to do and services on weekends.

All of the helpers, especially the nurses, are wonderful. The food is mostly good, and the cleaning crew is great.

"Nice place, good location, but needs more check-ins"
We picked Brookdale West Boynton Beach for how nice it looked and where it's located. They also had a spot open. But I think they don’t check on my friend enough.

"Urine Smell in Assisted Living Facility"
I thought they'd care for my husband. The sales office impressed. The unit, a one-bedroom with big windows, seemed perfect he loved light. But the room always smelled of urine. The cleaning staff's solution was to throw water and mop. Needless to say, placing him there was a bad decision.

"Mixed Feelings about Assisted Living, but Overall Recommendable"
I chose this place 'cause it's near my family, brighter, and someone recommended it. They're really nice and polite. The residents could talk more. It'd be cool if they had a flyer for activities and food. Overall, I'd tell others to check it out.

"Good tour, but not the right fit"
Our family toured Brookdale West in person, and we thought it was a good experience. The staff gave us a lot of information, and we saw the benefits of this community. However, we just didn't think it would be the best fit for our loved one.

"Brookdale Assisted Living: Clean, Safe, Needs Food Improvement"
Brookdale is well-organized. It's clean, comfy, and safe. Staff are helpful with families. Food needs improvement, more options for diets. Residents didn't praise food. The Marketing Director, was outstanding, meeting our needs. Staff were great to work with.

"Mixed Experience at Assisted Living Facility"
The place looks clean. We chose it because the person who talked to us about it did a really good job. But when my family member needs help, it takes a long time for someone to come because they don't seem to have enough people working. I wish they would fix a lot of things. They need to talk better with us. Also, the food isn't always good quality. And the activities they have aren't what we thought they would be.

"Good tour but chose prettier, Angels seemed dingy and sad."
I toured Angels Senior Living, had a good first impression. Chose a prettier community; Angels seemed dingy and sad.
