"Unpleasant Staff, Dirty Facility, and Poor Quality Food"
The employees at the facility are unkind and unassisting. The place is terribly dirty and gives off a bad odor. The meals they serve are subpar.

No empty rooms now. A cozy place with friendly staff and fun activities.
