Cedar Creek Assisted Living
Claire
"Warm and Welcoming Assisted Living Community"
This cozy assisted living community is lovingly run. While the amenities are limited, they weren't crucial for my vision-impaired mother with mobility issues. The proximity to my home, reasonable cost, and warm welcome upon entering made it a positive experience. Everyone we met seemed content.

"Great Assisted Living Choice"
The cost was fair, the location was nice, and the food suited my loved one. Overall, it's a great place for assisted living, especially if your loved one requires this type of care.

Grand Daughter
"Inadequate Staff and Poor Treatment at Cedar Creek Facility"
My grandma has lived here for over two years. The employees are always coming and going. I believe it's because they aren't paid well enough to live on, let alone take pride in their work. My grandma can't see, but it doesn't show. She's been horribly mistreated by some of the assistants. One of them even slapped her because she couldn't understand some instructions she was given when she woke up in the middle of the night and needed help. My mom often ends up doing her laundry and cleaning since the staff don't do enough of it or just do the bare minimum. There's way more I could mention, but I'll stop there. Paying $4,000 a month, you see how our healthcare system is really messed up. And businesses like the one that owns Cedar Creek are to blame.

"Unfriendly Director and Poor Service at Facility"
I visited this place with my mom in mind. I was shocked at how disrespectful the marketing director was after we told her about our budget limit. On top of that, she was really unpleasant to the staff who were just trying to help us when she left to answer a phone call.
