"Medication Issues and Staff Shortage on Weekends"
The assisted living facility had problems with giving out medications, and it seemed like they didn't have enough staff on weekends.

"Friendly and Clean Assisted Living Facility with Great Options"
When we arrived, the staff was busy, but other employees kindly offered us drinks while we waited.told us she would be with us shortly. During our interview, she asked Mom many questions to understand her interests, personality, and needs. She gave us a thorough tour and showed us several living options. She knew a lot about the facility. The place was very clean and had no bad smells. People seemed happy as they moved around. The common area was nicely decorated and had spaces for dining, crafts, movies, and social gatherings. This facility offers both assisted living and independent living. After visiting several places, we think independent living is best for us. The villas for independent living at Charter are well designed for seniors. The model we saw was empty and being renovated. The work done so far looked great. Although the villa cost is at the top of our budget, this is one facility we would consider choosing.

" A Clean, Welcoming Environment"
I went to the assisted living facility and it smelled nice and looked clean. I talked to John, who's the boss there, and he was really kind and real. He said they were fixing up the hallways and doing some painting in some rooms. Then, he took me to see the rooms, and they were pretty nice. I really liked the one-bedroom place, but it's too expensive for what my mom can pay right now.

"A Wonderful Place for Loved Ones"
This is a great place and the staff is super nice. The menu has lots of options and they give him a lot of variety. They have activities for my dad, but he doesn't join in. I would recommend this place to other families because of the good care and value they provide for a loved one.

"Clean and Friendly Assisted Living with Room for Improvement"
During my first visit, I noticed how clean the facility was. The staff were friendly and always kept things tidy. They used hand sanitizer often, which was reassuring. I liked the location and felt it was a good deal for the price. The food was excellent, deserving five stars. However, the staff could communicate better among themselves. Sometimes important instructions didn't pass from one shift to the next. Security could be improved too. While there's a sign-out sheet, no one supervises it to ensure people sign in and out properly. They have a secure memory wing that requires a code, but the front door isn't secure. This might not be ideal for someone who needs a facility with lockdown security due to wandering issues. On a positive note, I liked the layout. It's designed in a big square so residents can walk around without getting lost. The rooms are spacious, some of the biggest I saw in my search.

"Assisted Living Facility Review: Clean, Friendly, Some Improvements Needed"
When I went on the tour, I noticed how neat and tidy everything was. The staff were nice and made sure to keep things clean. They also seemed to care a lot about the people living there. I saw them using hand sanitizer often in the halls. The location was good, and the price seemed fair. The food was great, definitely a five-star! But I did notice that sometimes the staff didn't communicate well with each other. There were a few times when important instructions weren't passed on between shifts. Also, they should keep a better eye on who comes in and out of the building. They have a sign-out sheet, but no one checks it to make sure everyone signs in and out. They have a special area for people with memory issues, but I'm not sure how secure it is. The front door doesn't lock, which might be a problem for someone who wanders. On the bright side, I liked how the layout was easy to navigate. The rooms were spacious, some of the biggest I've seen. Overall, it's working out pretty good.

"Great choice, very pleased with activities and care."
The only issue is a small dietary concern. They handle everything well and truly address any worries. I'm very pleased with this community. They offer many activities. I'm really happy with our choice.

A Place For Mom Customer
"Comprehensive Assisted Living with Serene Environment and Caring Staff"
This was my first visit to a facility like this, and it's the only one I've seen that has everything I need in one place. I really liked the grounds and the people who work there. The memory care unit made me sad, not because there was anything wrong with it—it was actually wonderful—but because it made me realize I'll need that level of care soon. It was very peaceful and well-managed. I don't think I could find better care for myself at this stage of my life. It's just scary to think about what the future holds for me.
