When you dedicate yourself to a job, working every shift and never missing a day, it's disheartening when they suddenly change your schedule without notice to accommodate new hires. They're unwilling to discuss it with you and threaten your job if you can't comply. This is why turnover is high; they don't value their employees or keep their promises.

"Chelsea Place is OUTSTANDING! "
Over the last 27 years I have performed at countless Nursing Homes, ALF's, Etc. in Southwest Florida. I have quite a different perspective on the facilities that care for our elderly population. Chelsea Place and it's staff are outstanding! The staff at Chelsea goes above and beyond when it comes to caring for residents. Residents of the ALF and guests at the Day Care are treated like family with such love and devotion! I highly recommend Chelsea Adult Day Care and Assisted Living to anyone looking for quality care for their elder loved one!

We visited a lot of assisted living places, but this one stood out. The care here is the best, and the residents are well taken care of. The staff-to-resident ratio is better than anywhere else we've seen.

After spending time, I was very impressed with your operation. I saw [Removed]'s excellent care and the genuine care, respect, and consideration each person receives. It's exceptional. I watched how each guest was taken care of in various situations. I don't know you well, but I can see the weight of responsibility you've taken on. "True to Their Values - Positive, Attentive and Genuinely Compassionate"
Moving Dad to Chelsea Place was the best decision for his health. He started smiling, laughing, and talking more right from the start. He's much more active and stimulated with daily activities that keep him engaged. The staff know each resident well and are sensitive to their needs. The facility is always clean and bright, and Dad loves the fresh, home-cooked food. Family is always welcomed, and communication is great. The staff treats residents with genuine compassion and care. I never worry about Dad; he is safe, happy, well cared for, and loved.

"A Wonderful Place for Assisted Living with Caring Staff"
Everyone at Chelsea Place went above and beyond to make my mother-in-law feel welcome. They started by introducing themselves to her at the rehabilitation facility before she moved in. The owner, the administrator, and the nurse all took the time to meet her and get to know her before this big change. The facility feels like a "Retirement Resort," with a nice Key West theme. It’s clean and well-kept. With only 12 residents, it has a cozy, family-like atmosphere. The staff is super friendly and always willing to help. The activities looked fun, and the meals were delicious. We even had a private Easter dinner in my mother-in-law's room.

"A Safe and Loving Place for Mom"
My mom has lived at Chelsea Place. Every time we pull into the driveway after a car ride, I like to say, "I wonder where we are?" And my mom, with a big smile, replies, "We are at my home." That really says it all for me. Home is a loving and safe place, and that’s exactly what Chelsea Place is!

"The Perfect Place... Truly a Family Atmosphere"
This place is absolutely amazing! The staff and caregivers are fantastic! The owners are involved in daily activities, making it feel like a family. As a massage therapist, I see one resident regularly, and they treat me like family too! The residents and staff are wonderful, caring, and fun people who truly love what they do.

"Great care and support for my husband when I needed it"
The care provided for my husband was excellent and gave me a much-needed break. If my situation changed, I would happily move him there full-time if there was space available.

"Extremely Caring and Kind Staff"
I had to quickly find an assisted living place for my special needs aunt. I was nervous doing it from Kentucky without seeing the facility or meeting the staff, but Kris, the owner, was very kind and reassuring. When I arrived with my aunt, I was relieved to see how friendly and patient the staff were. Chelsea Place feels like a warm home, not like other clinical, sterile places. They were very accommodating when I had to extend my aunt's stay. When we left, the staff showed they genuinely cared for my aunt and would miss her. I’m very happy with the care she received and wouldn’t hesitate to place another family member here.

"Love Beyond Description"
My best friend passed away. She had been a resident of Chelsea Place. She had been at two other facilities before Chelsea Place. The personal care and love she received from the employees were remarkable. The folks at Chelsea Place treated all the residents with love beyond description. They were family to her and to me. The care they gave was above and beyond other facilities. She was at home there and enjoyed the games and activities, especially bingo. They even took her and other residents to church on Sundays. I have reserved my room at Chelsea Place!

"Caring Owner and Beautiful Place"
Today we had the chance to play for a small assisted living facility. The young man who owns it was so caring and truly has his heart in the right place for the residents. If I had a loved one who needed care, that's where I'd want them to be. Danny even said he'd like to live at Chelsea Place. The décor is a Key West theme, so clean you could eat off the floors and beautifully decorated. We're blessed to have met Kris, someone who really cares about people. God will surely bless this young man for his good works.

Him and I played at this small assisted living facility, and the young man who owns it was incredibly caring and had his heart in the right place for the residents. If I had a loved one needing care, this is where I would want them. He even said he would like to live at Chelsea Place.
