"Safety and Support Lacking in Assisted Living Facility"
My family's hopeful solution turned into a troubling experience. The things promised for my family member's safety and well-being were missing. It was clear this place wasn't suitable for someone needing help with daily tasks like showering. Rooms lacked emergency bells or phones. Activities were not encouraged. Residents weren't monitored enough, raising safety worries. There wasn't much help provided.

"Stay Away: Unhappy Resident Reports Theft and Rudeness at Facility"
I'm forced to live here, sadly. The night crew takes what they want - clothes, snacks, anything they fancy. Some shout at us folks living here, even bad mouth us. I really don't think this place or the staff treats me well. I deserve a refund, I really am not happy living here. If you truly care about your family, don't send them here. It's just not worth the money.

"Unremarkable Assisted Living Tour"
Our family visited the assisted living facility in person, and the tour was pleasant. However, nothing particularly impressed us about the community.

"Failure to Return Calls After Weeks of Cooperation"
Really let down. I worked with them for weeks, then out of nowhere, no more callbacks despite my numerous tries. This is not okay in any business.

"New Management Ruins Tampa Living Care Experience"
As my cousin's medical power of attorney, our experience with Tampa Living Care has shifted from positive to disappointing due to a recent change in management. Previously, I had no trouble communicating with the management, but now my calls continuously go unanswered. After several attempts over a month, I was eventually directed to discuss my concerns with the Med Tech on a Sunday. Instead of addressing my worries, she however accused my cousin of dishonesty, dismissing her rather than hearing her out. The previous management always valued our insights and ensured that neither of us was treated as insignificant. Our disappointment escalated when my cousin's medication was changed without any consultation. This new drug doesn't work for her, and despite her complaints, she was ignored. The transition in management appeared hasty and inconsiderate of the residents they serve, a demographic typically resistant to change. Staff and procedural changes were intrusively enforced without consideration for what was previously effective. This abrupt transition has incited in-house disputes among the residents where there were none previously. It seems the new management overlooks the emotional stability of its residents. My cousin has also noted a persistent urine smell, and the quality of the food has declined significantly since these changes.

"Overwhelming Smoke Smell in Bare, Uninviting Assisted Living Facility"
This place feels more like a nursing home than an assisted living spot. As soon as we walked in, the smell of cigarette smoke hit us hard. Even though it looks clean, it's pretty empty and doesn't have a cozy feel to it.
