"'New Owners Prioritize Profit Over Care, Won't Return Funds'"
My brother lived here for 22 years. But when new people bought the place, their main goal became making money, not looking after the folks living there. There weren't enough staff; even the managers had to do cooking and cleaning on weekends. Any extra money I sent for my brother, they put in some kind of trust fund without bothering to tell me about it. When I finally managed to move my brother somewhere else, they wouldn't give back $.

"Deteriorating Conditions and Mismanaged Funds at Assisted Living Facility"
My brother lived here for 23 years. At first, it was awesome, but slowly the number of staff caring for the residents wasn't enough, and the people living there were left aimlessly wandering behind the building. Cooking staff didn't stick around for long, which forced the managers to do the cooking and cleaning themselves. Once, I saw the only staff present asleep on the sofa. I had to ask the laundry lady and a cleaner to watch over my brother. On top of all this, any leftover money I had sent for my brother's care was put into a trust fund and was not returned when he left.
