"High Cost but Convenient Assisted Living in Countryside Lakes Senior Living"
The Countryside Lakes Senior Living community is nice, but it's expensive. We like it, but it costs almost twice as much as similar places in Texas. One great thing about Countryside is that you can get assisted living and stay in your own unit.

""Bad Living Conditions and Disappointing Staff at Assisted Living Facility""
I injured my rib due to the facility's poor flooring. There's constant noise from upstairs and the staff don't do anything about it. The healthcare provided by the nurses is alright, but the recreational activities offered are limited. Only half of the staff seem competent while the food is mediocre at best. The front desk secretary was rude and the sales agent reminded me of a dishonest used car salesman. All he gave were empty promises. In addition, the other residents could be more hospitable.

" Unresponsive Management and Poor Facility Maintenance at Countryside Lakes "
I stayed at Countryside Lakes for a year. As a retired teacher of 35 years and a veteran of the US Air Force, I had high expectations. Sadly, it was a disaster. An upstairs resident often disturbed my sleep by making noise, which even extended into my daily routine. The management promised to address this issue but never did. I started to question their sincerity. On top of that, I was paying a high monthly fee which made the whole situation even more unbelievable. The facility is 30 years old, and to make matters worse, I suffered an accident due to poor facility maintenance. A threshold plate, originally glued down by the workers years ago, came off and I fell. Despite requiring two x-rays and sustaining a cracked rib from the incident, the manager never even bothered to ask about my wellbeing. This injury regularly haunts my sleep.

"Great Assisted Living with Nice Views"
I visited this place. Here are the key points: Great Location: It’s conveniently located for me. Nice Views: All units have screened-in balconies with views of ponds, pools, or trees. Costly Two-Bedrooms: The two-bedroom units are expensive, around $6,000 per month. Low Buy-In: The buy-in fee is only $1,500 for both one- and two-bedroom units. One-Bedroom Cost: A one-bedroom unit costs about $3,500 per month. Unit Sizes: One-bedroom units are 600 sq ft, while two-bedroom units are 900 sq ft. Quality Dining: They offer good dining options. Hurricane Shelter Approved: The building is certified as a hurricane shelter.
