"Reasonable facility with rising costs; convenient location and good amenities."
The facility is pretty good overall, but it's becoming more expensive. The prices keep going up every time they get a chance, and the increases are getting bigger each time. It used to be in the middle in terms of cost, but it gave me a great room, and it's close to the airport, which was convenient for me. The food options were excellent, and my loved one enjoyed it too.

I've been there a lot to help my loved one. The staff cooperated well for instance, they moved him to a closer room. They fix any issues promptly, and I'm pleased.

"Great tour, clean facility, helpful staff, but better deal elsewhere"
We had a great tour at Discovery Commons Cypress Point. They had a lot to offer, and the place was really nice very clean and well-organized. The staff was super helpful, teaching us things we hadn't even considered. In the end, we chose another place because they had a better move-in deal we couldn't pass up.

We had a wonderful tour at Discovery Commons Cypress Point. It's a nice community. We picked a place closer to home and liked it a bit more.

The place looked great, lobby and dining hall were nice and clean. Staff were super friendly, made Dad feel at home fast. Only issue, meals sometimes served cold.

"Clean and Friendly, But Room Setup Not Right"
I thought Cypress Point was great. It was clean, and the staff seemed very helpful. The lady who gave the tour was awesome. They just didn’t have the right room for my parents' special needs.

The Cypress Point facility and services are great. The nurses and caregivers were friendly. However, care management fell short at times.

"Cypress Point provides great care."
We picked Cypress Point because they had a special deal. The staff helped us a lot. The meals are good and always hot. My mom doesn't do activities, but I see others playing bingo and going to movies. When I've had issues, they've helped right away. She's getting better care here than before. Highly recommend!

"Lack of Communication and Activities in Assisted Living"
The care for our loved one, like nail cutting and hair trimming, has been lacking. When we asked the caregivers or other staff about the cuts our loved one received, the communication was unclear. Due to COVID, there have been no activities.

"Overall good care, some menu issues."
The rooms were big. They often put things on the menu that they didn't actually have. The staff tried to be nice. They didn't give much information if you had questions or problems. They promised good care and mostly delivered. They did care. The owners were around in the community.

"Perfect Place for Our Mom"
Beautiful and warm place. The staff was a great listener and understood our mom’s needs. She spent a long time with us and helped meet my mom’s individual needs and expectations. We believe Cypress Point will be the perfect place for our mom.

"Great place, too expensive for grandma's budget, small rooms."
The place was super nice and the people there were really helpful and told us a lot of things about the place. I liked it a lot because my grandma could stay there even if she needs more care later on. But it costs a lot and my grandma can't afford it. They said they have a special deal right now, but my grandma wouldn't want to share a room, and even the room they showed us was tiny.
