"Comfortable and caring environment with excellent staff and services."
Our experience with Diamond ALF in Green Cove Springs, FL, has been very good. The staff is caring, and the rooms and grounds are clean and nice. The meals are tasty, and mealtime is always enjoyable. I want to give a shout-out to the owner for their special care of my mother, and the director for always going above and beyond to make things as comfortable as possible. My mother loves the regular activities and especially enjoys getting her nails done on-site. The medical support is top-notch, with regular visits from a dermatologist and podiatrist being very convenient. My parents lived together at Diamond when my father needed daily support. After my father passed away, we asked my mother if she wanted to move. She said she wanted to stay at Diamond, where she feels at home.

"Safe, loving care and great staff."
I'm very pleased with how they take care of my mom. The staff is friendly and quick to respond to residents' needs. They recently hired a new activities director who goes room to room encouraging residents to join in. The community hosts mini concerts and is working on getting someone to do hair. The food is very good, with a healthy variety. I've eaten with my mom, and she said, 'They treat me like I'm their mom.' She feels respected and loved. The staff has been gentle and kind, especially when she was homesick. Mom is very content. Because she’s in a safe and loving environment, I’m able to help my daughter during her pregnancy, even though I can’t visit as often. I know Mom is in good hands. I highly recommend Diamond Assisted Living—they go out of their way to accommodate, and the cost is reasonable. A Place for Mom was also very helpful in making the right choice.

"Mom's in great hands at Diamond Assisted Living!"
I'm really happy with how well they care for my mom. The staff is very friendly and quick to respond to any requests. They recently hired a new activities director who visits each resident’s room to encourage participation. The community has hosted mini concerts, and they’re working on getting someone for haircuts. The food is great, and there are many healthy options. Dining with my mom has been a pleasure. She feels very respected and loved, saying, "They treat me like I'm their mom." The staff helped her feel better when she was homesick, and they’re always gentle. Mom is very content. Since I know she’s in a safe, loving environment, I can support my daughter, who is on bed rest, even though I can’t visit Mom as often. I highly recommend Diamond Assisted Living for their excellent care and reasonable costs. I was also impressed with A Place for Mom, who were very helpful and supportive.

"Assisted Living Facility Falls Short for Active Individuals"
The staff member was on time and ready for our questions during the tour. They showed us around the entire community and even an apartment. However, the residents didn't seem cheerful and appeared to require a lot of assistance. I didn't feel like there were many activities or services available. While the staff were friendly, I don't think this place would suit someone who's active.

"No Activities for Active People"
For our visit, the worker was ready and on time for all of our questions. They gave us a tour of the whole community and an apartment. The folks there didn't appear cheerful and seemed to need a lot of help. It felt like there wasn't anything for someone active to do here. The employees were nice to meet, but this place wouldn't work for someone who is active.

"Great Walking Space and Helpful Staff at This Facility"
This place has a lot of room to walk around. The staff and owner are really helpful. They've also applied for Medicaid.

"Beautiful and Customizable Space for My Mom!"
This place is very clean and newly remodeled. They give us the option to customize it to fit my mom's needs.
