"Mixed Experience with Assisted Living; Good Medical Updates"
We've had some problems - like losing clothes and promised handy work not getting done. They didn't seem to care much about fixing it. But they are good at keeping me informed about my loved one's health.

"Nice facility with good activities, but staff could improve."
I’m not happy with the staff. They seem uninterested in personal care. Discovery Village is a nice place, and my loved one's apartment is really good. They offer activities like bingo, bean bag toss, movies, and arts & crafts. The food is excellent with lots of choices. I found A Place for Mom very helpful for setting up appointments and guiding me through everything. I’m very happy with their service and would recommend them to others.

"Friendly Atmosphere, Like Family, Secure Environment Despite Minor Issues"
My husband and I feel at home in our assisted living facility. Our dining companions are like family; we share news, laughter, and worries. Every day, we watch out for each other. The staff, from our fantastic Director to the cleaning crew, is kind and caring. Though there are some small issues, we mostly feel safe and protected here.

"Room Layout Disappointment"
Our visit to Discovery Village went well, and the staff who guided us were friendly. Unfortunately, they didn’t offer the room layout she desired.

The leaders and nurses here have changed shockingly in the last month. They're unkind and harsh to the people living here, and also to their families and friends who come by.

"Great facility with caring staff and welcoming atmosphere for families"
This facility is really good. It has lots of light and fresh air, so you never feel shut in. The rooms are cozy and fit well. The staff here truly cares and respects each person's unique needs. They also welcome family members to visit often. I've seen that families who come around share their kindness with everyone they meet.
