"Poor scheduling and rude service at this assisted living facility."
I didn't get a chance to tour this place because they don't offer tours on weekends and I work during the week. I thought the people I talked to were very lacking in manners and I didn't appreciate it at all. They should really do a better job at treating people right.

"Cozy Assisted Living with Friendly Staff and Homey Atmosphere"
This place is pretty nice, even though it's been around for a while. The people who work here are friendly, and they really take care of my aunt well. The food looks good, and there are fun things for the residents to do if they want. But it would be even better if they had more helpers to keep everything tidy and nice outside. There are some nice outdoor spots to hang out. My aunt really likes her room because it feels like home. They also give out snacks and drinks to residents and their families when they visit.

"Caring Community with Minor Room Concerns"
Things are going fine for my grandma at this place. They're looking after her well, but we've had some small issues with room cleanliness. Overall, we feel good about the care she's getting.

"Assisted Living Facility Review: Cautionary Tale for Families Seeking Help"
Sending a family member here would only happen if it was really urgent. We arrived a month ago, and the person in charge said they'd accept my brother's social security check as rent while waiting for approval from the VA program. But then that person left, and the new boss wants full cash and no VA help. So, in about 30 days, my brother might be kicked out because they say he didn't show his income statement (even though we gave it twice) and didn't pay in full, even though the previous person agreed to a discount. We've sent letters back and forth, but next week, I'm going to start complaining to anyone who will listen and working with the VA social worker who's shocked by this. You need a lawyer to get anyone into this place, or they'll use it against you later. Even though it's less than half full, they seem to prefer it empty. Is something shady going on here? I'll have to make decisions about my brother soon. They've ignored my request for a conference call because I'm in Massachusetts and the facility is in Florida.
