"Elison of Bella Vita Tour Disappointing and Unprofessional"
We checked out Elison of Bella Vita when we were looking for an assisted living place for our family member. The employees were terrible. Our meeting was set up by [Name removed], but when we arrived, they were totally confused. It was like they weren't ready for us. They even had the janitor show us around. He couldn't answer any of our questions. The place smelled like pee and it didn't seem clean at all. We had to leave as quickly as we could.

"Mixed Start, Strong Finish"
Our experience wasn't perfect due to COVID and ownership changes. However, my loved one has settled in well. We faced some challenges, but each time we spoke with someone at Elison, they promptly addressed the issues. Our main ongoing concern is staffing shortages in the dining area, which seems to be a widespread problem. Initially, the cleaning service wasn't up to par, but they've since improved with a new service provider. The nurse has been fantastic, and the food quality is excellent with a diverse menu. Activities are plentiful, and my loved one enjoys participating daily, including cocktail hour socials. The socialization opportunities were a big reason for choosing this place, and she has already made friends. I appreciate the open visitation policy, allowing us to visit anytime we want. While it's pricey, I believe the quality matches the cost.

The facility experiences frequent staff changes. It's affordable. The food variety and taste are excellent. Activities include nightly bingo, social events, Sunday bus rides, and more.

We picked Elmcroft of Bella Vita because it's in a good location, clean, and the staff is friendly. The place is beautiful with nice surroundings, and the rooms are spacious. I'd recommend it.

We didn't like Elmcroft of Bella. They promised much, delivered little. Mom's room smelled strongly of urine. The care was too pricey for what she got. We wouldn't suggest it to others.

"**Assisted Living Facility Falls Short on Cleanliness and Variety**"
In the beginning, we picked this place because it looked cleaner and nicer during our tour compared to others. My mom liked the patio, too. But when I finally got into her room after the lockdown, it smelled really bad. It seemed like they weren't cleaning inside during COVID. The meals were brought to their rooms, but there was no variety. She didn't get to socialize, which was why we moved her here. Overall, our experience wasn't the best.

"Mixed Experience at Brookdale Assisted Living"
Mom has been at Brookdale for 8 months, but many issues remain unresolved. I'm still unsure about what services the nursing staff offers. Minor problems couldn't be fixed here. They promised some landscaping outside her lanai but haven't done it yet. The staff is friendly and helpful when you ask for it. But it seems like management passes the blame when questioned. Overall, it's been hard to get clear answers or solutions.

"Mom is happy and active in her new home"
I'm glad we moved Mom here; she's doing so well. She's very happy and enjoying herself. Mom joins activities like bingo and goes to social hours, and she enjoys them. She loves the food, but it tends to repeat sometimes. The staff is very nice, friendly, and accommodating. I would recommend this community to anyone.

"Great tour with friendly staff and activities"
I got to take a tour of this place and I really enjoyed it. The staff was friendly and helped answer all my questions. The activities director even sat with us to explain what they offer. It was a great tour and a great community.
