"Consistent Staff and Cleanliness Issues in Assisted Living Facility"
The people working there keep changing all the time. We've seen four different managers since we started going there. It takes them a long time to respond at night, and they don't clean as well as they used to. The halls used to smell nice, but now they smell like pee.

"Spacious Rooms and Friendly Staff"
The staff is friendly and the place is clean, but they’ve had a lot of staff changes. I really appreciate the spacious rooms and big bathrooms.

"Inconsistent Staff and Food Choices at Sodalis Assisted Living"
At Sodalis, like many spots nowadays, keeping good staff is tough. The food's hit-or-miss, leaning towards miss. Fresh, healthy options are lacking.

"Mixed Experience with Friendly Staff and Poor Dining Service"
Our family and our loved one had a so-so time at this place. The people who work there and the folks who live there are nice. But the food and how they serve it in the dining room is really bad. They can't seem to keep enough people to help with it. If you're thinking about coming here, make sure you ask a lot of questions about the food, the care they can give, and try eating a meal when you visit.

"Family Advocacy Enhances Assisted Living Experience"
We put our mom at Sodalis-Tampa. Overall, we’re happy with our experience. We chose Sodalis based on budget, location, cleanliness, and the friendly staff during our tour. Although we had issues with the medical provider initially, changing providers made us much happier. Regular visits from family members and their advocacy for her needs have made a positive difference.

"Mixed Feelings: Great Decor, Service; Meals and Privacy Concerns"
We like how the community looks and the decorations are cute. But our loved one doesn't like the food because it's not seasoned enough. The service is good though. We think they should knock before entering our loved one's room.
