"Outdated Facility Needs Urgent Renovation"
I was super let down by this place. It looks really old and not clean. Seriously, it feels like it's stuck in the '50s. They've got these rugs in the halls that are just gross. You can see spills on them, and it doesn't seem like they bother to clean them up. They seriously need to get rid of those rugs and put in something new. The dining room is alright, I guess, but the whole place needs a ton of fixing up.

"Staff Nice, But Facility Unimpressive"
I didn't enjoy my visit to this place. The surroundings honestly could have looked nicer. The people working there were nice, but I just don't think this place is right for my family members.

"Needs Renovation : Dark, Crowded and Not Very Social"
The place needs serious renovation and deep cleaning. It's gloomily dark and brings down one's mood. The rooms are pretty squeezed, with possibly four individuals sharing one restroom, which is not ideal. I noticed a lack of social interaction among the residents during my midday visit.

"They are doing a great job!"
They are doing a great job! They go above and beyond to help. They always come up with new ideas. The only downside is the rooms are a bit small. I can't say enough good things about them. The food has been great, too. We really liked Rhea’s vibe; she genuinely cares about the residents. They respond quickly to anything we need.

"Caring Owner"
It's okay—it's a nursing home, but it's decent. Nothing special, yet the owner is really caring. Whenever I've visited, she's had a great personality.
