"Needs better cleaning and healthier meals."
My family member lives at Five Star Premier Residences in Hollywood. It's mostly okay, but they need to improve apartment cleaning and offer healthier meals.

"Father Enjoys Independence at Five-Star Premier"
My experience with the staff at Five-Star Premier has been good so far. My father seems to be enjoying his time there even though he's not very sociable. He has everything he needs. My father chose it because it was in a familiar neighborhood and gave him more independence than the place he was at before.

"Assisted Living Facility Falls Short"
We took a virtual tour, but I didn't like it. I can't say why, but I couldn't see my mom there. My instinct said it wasn't right.

"Friendly Staff and Nice Place"
My Dad stayed here for a while before moving closer to family. The staff were friendly, and the place looked nice. Overall, they did a great job.
