"Needs Dining Area Improvement"
They could use more assistance in the dining area. I'd suggest it to others.

"Friendly Community with Great Staff and Activities"
Five Star Premier Residences is a really nice place to live. The people are friendly, and the staff is good. They have fun activities for everyone. From what I've seen, I would tell others to think about living here.

"Needs Improvement Two Stars"
Our experience with Five Star Premier has room for improvement. We don't recommend it for families seeking care. They need to better the quality of care overall.

"Disappointed in Service and Care at Five Star Premier Facility"
Sadly Disappointed with Five Star Premier Care for my Mom" My mom used to live at the Five Star Premier. Now, my dad needs assisted living. I know for sure he won't be going to Five Star. There are key areas they need to work on. In their kitchen, they often delivered meals my mom didn't order. It makes me wonder why they bother having a menu to pick from. The cleanliness of her room was lackluster, I could hardly tell when they had cleaned. Managing the elderly requires a lot of patience. That's why they should hire staff or at least train them properly. There were only two decent employees, a tall lady and a younger girl at the front desk. They were always pleasant, friendly, helpful, and greeted us warmly.

"Disappointed Experience at Assisted Living Facility"
I was really excited to find a place near my home. I checked out many spots and almost chose another, but I liked how they welcomed me at Five Star. The big issue here is the staff - someone yelled at my loved one. I told them about it and they promised to deal with it. But that's not the only problem we've had. I visited on Monday and then again on Tuesday, and both days he was wearing the same clothes. He got yelled at again, being told it's not a nursing home and he needs to clean and bathe himself. They offer lots of activities, but they don't really encourage residents to join in. We're really frustrated, especially considering how much we're paying. Overall, we're completely let down by the experience.

"Pitiful Care and Bad Food at Assisted Living Facility"
We needed to employ a full-time helper there because the support and care were awful. She was constantly slipping and experiencing issues. She had a lifelong care plan that paid for it all, and at first, we were happy because everything seemed clean, plus, there were fun things to do. However, she didn't participate in any of them; the meals were horrendous, and the care was dreadful. It was a huge letdown.

"A Big Disappointment: Care and Food Not Up to Mark"
We had to get a full-time helper at this place since the care was just awful. Our grandma kept falling and struggling with other problems. Thankfully, her long-term care insurance covered it. Initially, we thought the place was great because it was clean, and they had fun activities. But, grandma didn't do any of them, she didn't like the food, and the care was just pitiful. It was definitely a failure.

"Great Facility with Newer Design and Consistent Care"
After touring the place, we’re considering moving him here if he needs to leave his current home. It was our top choice, but we were swayed by the lower prices elsewhere. You definitely get what you pay for! Five Star is much nicer. There were many little things we liked, and the place feels very new. Five Star separates independent and assisted living, which might make the care more consistent based on what we’ve seen.
